Waste of time & money for tubing. The wait was 30 min with 18 people in front of us for each run. They sold to many tickets for the limited lanes they had available. We were able to do more than double at a different place the day before and the day after so their excuse that it was a holiday weekend is just an excuse.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -GM/OWNER Stephanie is non-existent, I wish that I could provide negative stars…. customer service is absolutely nonexistent. Signed kids up for ski school first day was fine second day they had a barely teenager “teaching” them at a rate of nearly $200 a lesson (two kids two hours) Kids said that the second day all the instructor did was follow behind them did not provide one word of instruction or correction and was basically a chaperone… tried calling no less than 20 times nobody answers finally went down to speak to someone was told I'd get a call back did not it was only until I disputed charges that they responded. only to respond saying that sorry the kids took the lesson there's nothing they could do…. absolutely ridiculous! I love to support local businesses but really hope this one goes bankrupt!!!! Read the reviews on this place specifically about Stephanie…. awful awful awful

Came for a special event today. They charged almost double the amount advertised. Were rude about it and said we could just leave and pre-reserve for a later date for the advertised amount. Of course, when you arrive there with family you can't just return home again. Better go somewhere else.

This place must be a scam. Purchased tickets online one week prior to the recent blizzard. When the forecasters were predicting the storm we tried reaching them by telephone, email and their website nobody will return our calls or messages. We have no idea how to get a credit or a refund. The absolute worst customer service experience ever.

I purchased two tickets for a monday, and found out Sunday the mountain was closed. They mention on their website they send out reschedule emails, but I never received one. Ski Ward seems to only be available for contact on the weekends, I was able to get in contact with the manager and get a refund the following Saturday, despite awful customer service. I was not treated as a customer but rather a nuisance. I had to argue with the manager for a while to actually get my refund. They continued to tell me they were understaffed and can’t always answer the phone. That doesn’t explain why they didn’t answer 5 mediums of communication in the course of a week, not to mention they could answer one of the 5 voicemails I left for them. (Left numerous voicemails, no responses, emailed all emails on website, called all extensions every day for a week, messaged on instagram and commented on Facebook page.) I find it absolutely unacceptable that a company can take your money, close down, forget to send your reschedule email, and then ignore so many forms of communication after they’ve already received my money.
If you run a business and it’s understaffed, that’s not my problem, but you take my money, don’t provide the service you promise, and then ignore me, and I will not put up with that. I will always recommend others avoid this company at all costs.

Took the family tubing here over February break. Was easy to get in, ample parking. Ordered tickets online. A worker quickly pointed us to the right direction to get our passes. Nice little hill. Fun two hours spent with the family.

I am kinda surprised by some poor reviews. I bring my brother's kids to learn to ski here. It is great for beginners to learn here. GREAT INSTRUCTION. I wish my wife would take a lesson here. The kids talked me into tubing. I did not want to TUBE!
Well, That was the most fun I have had in one year. This is good fun close by and they have food and beer too.
Some days are cold, some days are rainy. Dress right and everyday can be great fun outdoors.
Thank you Ward Hill for getting my wife and I out of the house.

We purchased two tubing tickets online, for a Saturday. My kiddo was super pumped and couldn't wait to go!! The morning of the trip, it was pouring rain outside. I tried calling all morning and tried to get a hold of someone to find out what's going on and how to reschedule a time. Online it was still saying they were open for business and there's no refunds or rain checks. No one was answering or ever called me back. We decided to take a ride out there to talk to someone. The place was closed. Someone that worked there came out and she assured us we were all set. We should have already received an email from Ski Ward saying, we can pick another day/time to go tubing. We're all set!! Of course checked my email, there was nothing sent. I waited till Tuesday and called again. Still no one answered!! This time even left a message for the general manager. Nothing!!! No call back, no email, no text, nothing!!! I was so annnoyed!! My son had been looking forward to going tubing for weeks! I didn't have the extra money to purchase more tickets somewhere else. I didn't no when or if they would even give us another date. I wanted to know what was going on!! They already had my money. Of course no problem the day prior ordering the $62.00 of tickets online...email came back then!! I believe I tried calling a few more times over the next two days,(Tues and Wed). I finally got a hold of someone on the following Saturday. One week later No! No one apologized or was sympathetic at all!! After all this, never asked us if we would like to pick another time/ slot to go!! They suggested refunded my card. Although I wasn't impressed at this point. We would have taken another time to go tubing instead of the refund. Like I said, my son wanted to go and had been waiting!!! They did refund my card, 4 days later. I felt our overall experience with Ski Ward was not a good one!! Once they have your money, your not a priority to them!! You would think...service to your customers would be a huge priority!! 👎👎

So disappointed in their customer service. Rude and snarky. Phones are never answered, emails/voicemails are not responded to. Wish I could give zero stars.

This place prides themselves on being a "family business" when they clearly dont care about families. We bought tix ahead of time online, which is required and we found out tmrw evening is going to be dangerously cold, as of midnight 'day of' our snow tubing day, tmrw (fri) the forecast states 16°, with a wind NW of 15mph, making it feel like 1 degree. Of course this doesnt take into account speeding down the hill on the tube, making it even colder. I finally reached someone on the phone after many attempts (email, FB messenger, Twitter, phone calls) to ask to exchange our tickets for another day. There would be 3 small children with us. He responded that it looked like it would be 10 degrees, which is not cold enough to shut down so they would not be offering any returns or exchanges. As responsible adults, we dont feel like we can take young children out in these potential dangerous conditions and risk frost bite, etc. So our family will be losing $140. We weren't asking for our money back, just to exchange for another time. Very disappointed and will continue to share this very unfortunate story with everyone who has children.
