wonderful short hikes. with one long hike along and around the river and newly planted trees for education. there is a special tree along the trail which is huge. one of the largest in state.

Lovely views of the Housatonic River from several trails through woods. Trails are well marked and not too strenuous although there is an incline up some steps. All in all, an enjoyable outing.

Stop in the small wildlife museum at entry. Many reasonable distance trails of great beauty with rock out croppings. Any season provides beautiful vistas . Across the road climb the hill or snow show in winter.
