Probably one of the most photographed areas in coastal Massachusetts and with good reason! Beautiful Warf with picturesque buildings, clear blue skies and boats galore. Storybook setting.

Love seeing the Motif and taking pictures. It's part of the ambiance of Rockport. There are photographs for sale in many if the galleries and gift shops.

Okay, it's a visual cliche, but this waterside shack is still truly photogenic. Better yet, you can walk out to building and all the way around it for some outstanding views of the harbor.

The town did right to preserve this scenic building as it is the most iconic image of the whole Cape Ann area. However, on one visit to the site, there were cabin cruisers tied up right at the building obliterating the view. I was disappointed...More

If you're in the Bearskin Neck area, you can't miss Motif Number 1. It's an icon for the area, but honestly, it's really not that impressive.

Probably one of the most photographed buildings on the coast. It is so pretty with all the sailboats around it. It is where The Proposal was filmed. Sandra Bullock's character did not want to climb down the side to the boat. You can see why...More
