I spotted Ptown massage while out strolling Commercial St., and decided that I deserved a massage. After reading some reviews, I booked online for the next day with Marcos. I explained to him that I had a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders that nothing has been able to relieve. I asked for a "medium" touch. He got to work, and spent half our allotted time on that area, intuitively finding every tight spot and working them out. The pressure increased to "therapeutic" as he massaged away all the tension and stress, and maybe even some repressed emotions. I was left near tears at the sheer relief once he was done. It was expensive for a massage, but well worth it. I will go back when I am in the area, and will opt for a longer session next time.

Ptown Massage + Bodywork is well-located, on Commercial Street in the heart of one of Provincetown's most fun neighborhoods. Leo De Alba is an expert masseur and left me feeling renewed and re-energized. Make an appointment beforehand!

I have returned to Ptown Massage & Bodywork and have had an exceptional experience every time over the years. The list this week with Leo De Alba was no exception. An informed touch base at the onset of our appointment, a terrific massage and wise thoughtful advice after our hour. I will return and highly recommend to all. A perfect complement to visiting such a beautiful part of the world.

Had a 50 minute massage with Marcos on July 4th. He is really skilled and got to working at all the knots on my back and legs. I had been biking and dancing the night away for the July 4th week festivities. I even ran into Marcos my last night in PTown and he’s the sweetest and nicest guy! We booked our appointments a few days before and she was very sweet and friendly. But the one that checked us in and out on the 4th could’ve been a little more customer oriented. She was focused on the computer, not much eye contact, and she didn’t offer my friend a receipt. She started booking an appointment with two other guys that came in while we were paying and we didn’t know we were all done paying for our massages and could go. Otherwise, PTown Massage is a nice little place for a massage, but definitely ask for Marcos. Next time I’ll book a 90 minute with him!

Thank you so much for posting your positive experience with Marcos. He truly is a gifted and caring massage therapist. As to the issue at our desk, we continue to experience issues with our POS. We continue to explore the perfect POS/reservation software but they all have serious glitches. Consequently, at times our desk staff are overwhelmed with ensuring they are entering and processing all the info correctly. Your point is solid: the interaction between our staff and clients is the most important. We will review our protocol and will hopefully provide a much fuller experience on your next visit.
