There is a lot to see in the line of history for free. I was amazed at the ship in the library that starts on the 2nd floor with the masks the go up to the 3rd or 4th floor.

I went to the library today for a writers workshop. I was noticing the books on the shelves and was very impressed with the collections. Would recommend checking out the library.

This beautiful building dominates one end of Commercial Street. It is an absolute gem, totally in character with the area, and a real asset of the town.

This is a free attraction. You need to go to the second floor and see the scale model schooner covering the whole floor. Has a kids area, that might be great for a rainy day reading session

I believe it is a public free library. I have never paid for admission. I think there is a donation box. I attended a May poetry reading with refreshments gratis. They also supply free or reduced museum admission.
