This was my first time riding a horse! Sue and her team made it quite easy, even for a guy like me with limited mobility. We rode for an hour; and I wanted to keep going! Lotsa fun. And that part of Massachusetts is just beautiful.

I first went there when my son visited a few years ago. This year so far I've been on three 2 hr trail rides and I've taken two riding lessons with two more booked. It's an out of the way working ranch but everyone there, including the horses are wonderful. Dress to have fun and maybe get a little dusty... More

First time on a horse but the staff and Chip made me very comfortable. I had a difficult time getting on Chip because I am short but Tom was a great help. The trail was beautiful, and the ride was steady and even paced. The only thing I would do differently next time is stay for 2 hours instead of... More

I went on a sleigh ride in March with four friends and a 2 hour trail ride just this past weekend at Cornerstone. The trail ride was so peaceful and beautiful, on-time with a brief but comprehensive safety orientation, the horses well-behaved (even in the heat!), and the staff friendly and happy to chat and answer questions the entire ride.... If this ranch was closer I'd ride there all the time. So we'll go for a fun day out as often as we can. Staff, Sue & horses were great. Exceeded our expectations and we will return.

My Mom and I go riding here every time I visit the area. We are not experienced horse riders but Sue is fantastic and has the best horses - generally slow moving but you can get them to trot on occasion. The area is really pretty - we have just been with the mountain laurel out - but we have... More

First time at Cornerstone Ranch , although it seemed a little off the beaten path that is also what made the day an adventure. Once we arrived, we found the volunteer staff to be very kind and attentive to the needs and abilities of the riders. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with sufficient instruction for all riders. Dozer, the... More

I have always wanted to try my hand at horseback riding, but could not find a place to simply go on a trail ride and not be forced into taking lessons. My husband and I had thought about a trip to a dude ranch, but by chance found out about Cornerstone Ranch and thought FINALLY - a place to just... More

My wife and I decided to try a stab at a romantic sleigh ride at this establishment, we were left feeling a little jaded. While the gentleman conducting the tour was agreeable, we did not feel the money to go for a trip around the yard of their business was worth the money. We had been looking forward to the... More
