We had such a wonderful time aboard our Harbor Cruise on Lobster Tails. A huge thank you to Paul, Jean and Darlene for making this such a special event for our group. Their hospitality makes planning an event with them a breeze! Our group voted to make this a yearly event! We highly recommend Plymouth Harbor Cruises.

We recently took the sunset ice cream sundae cruise. The staff were friendly and provided us with information about our surroundings as we were cruising. There was plenty of seating at tables to eat your delicious ice cream sundae. The views were beautiful. Music and the limbo on board. All in all, a perfect way to spend the evening as a family.

We did a 4th of July cruise with them and had a blast (pun intended)! Aside from an amazing, scenic cruise in Plymouth Harbor, we got great music and the best seat in the house for the fireworks. We also have nieces and nephews that have done their Pirate cruise and raved about it for months afterwards. Check out their tours and do one if you can.

I took my son here today for a day trip. What a fantastic adventure. The cruise lasts about an hour, the kids get to shoot water canons at pirates, pull up treasure, pull up a lobster trap and even hold crabs and lobsters. You get a very unclose drive by of the Mayflower II. They get pirate hats, face painting, a bag of treasure and a coupon for a free post trip ice cream. The boat has plenty of shade from the sun, and even has an onboard bathroom, and allows you to bring snacks and drinks- very important for young kids at sea. Well worth the money- we'll be back next year if not sooner!

My husband, 2 boys and myself went on the Lobster Excursion. Because it's not summer, we only had 3 others on the cruise w/us so it was not crowded at all. Captain Paul is phenomenal with children. He involved both my boys from hauling in the lobster boat to banding the lobsters and even helping steer the ship (I think this is because they were the only kids). We certainly learned a lot about lobsters and crabs and how trapping works. I was very impressed. We can't wait to try the Pirate Cruise with our boys (we hear that is amazing!) We also will be trying the ice cream cruise & the wine tasting cruise. Capt. Paul has been on the waters for 4 decades and is extremely knowledgeable. We can't wait to go again. If you're in the Plymouth area, you must do a cruise through Plymouth Cruises!

I work as a tour guide and have been on a Lobster Cruise 3 times this summer. Each trip was outstanding. Last week I had 6 young people in addition to senior citizens. Paul is so terrific with all ages. I highly recommend this trip to all ages .
Spectacular time!

The lobster cruise is a great time for all ages. You get the opportunity to sail the harbor, get some history of the area, and do some hands-on fishing. A great time for only $16.00 each! Plan to pay to park, but keep in mind there is a two-hour limit on the spaces, so park close to the time of your cruise.

We just took the pirate cruise on 7/1/12 and I have to say we were so impressed. Our two boys are 5 and 6 and were thoroughly entertained! Captain was very knowledgable and made sure everyone was having a good time. You sail out to an enemy ship where u can fire water canons at a dirty pirate and then get his treasure. Then you move on to pull up a lobster trap where we caught two lobster and a handful of crabs they let kids handle. Deckhands passed out treasure and buccaneer brew to everyone. Cruise was very well done and you cannot beat the price. Face painting, pirate hats are free and there's other items for sale that are very reasonably priced. Thanks to the crew for a great afternoon cruise!

We have two children, Boy-age 7 and a girl-age 5.
First we arrive a half hour early to get our pirate hats and pirate make up done. Once we take off, the kids man the water cannons and we are in search of treasure. There is some soaking of a pirate in another smaller boat in order to take the treasure. This is met with lots of giggles and general happiness. There is victorious celebration which includes a limbo and freeze dancing, and the kids share in the "booty" they rescued from the pirate. Lastly, the captain pulls up a lobster trap and we get to inspect the craps and lobster inside. The kids get to hold the lobster & crabs and the captain even shows us how to tell a male crab from a female one. Overall the kids had lots of fun!

We have been enjoying trips out on the Lobster Tales boat for several years now. They have a wonderful reputation within the community (and surrounding communities) and we have been aboard for preschool field trips (Pirate Cruise with Lobster pod pick up) and Cub Scout Ice Cream cruises. Our kids always have a great time and so do we! The boat goes out of Plymouth Harbor, passing by Plymouth Rock, and out to Bug Light. The trip is just long enough and usually perfectly timed for the sunset. The crew is very friendly and loves to end the cruise with a dance party. The boat is plenty big for parties of 30-50 people. There are two decks and one of the crew members is always by the stairs to help passengers up and down. We're already looking forward to next Summer!
