Call ahead. I bought tickets on Groupon, only to find out when I called that they would not be having a tour the night we are in Plymouth. She said they would be touring again when it was closer to Halloween. This was in mid September. Just a heads up.

Jan is an amazing story teller. Under the full moon she made sure the excursion was full of chills and thrills through her animated and personable style. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and charismatic. It was very spooky but not scary. The option of going inside the houses is totally worth the extra time, I highly recommend it. Perfect for... More

I've taken this tour before, and I'll take it again. We drove from Lake George to Plymouth just to take the Cemetery Tour and walk through the recently added haunted Houses with Jan and Bob. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, Jan keeps it real. Sticking to the facts she gives a thoughtful and fascinating look into our countries birthplace the ought he... More

Went with my girlfriend. I'm a Plymouth native, live nearby. Jan really knows the town well and it's a great educational as well as spooky tour. She is absolutely amazing, a very talented story teller and guide. And the tour goes into some very scary areas. Can't say enough about this tour. Worth much more than the price.

What a great family outing! Jan our guide was very animated when telling her stories. Well worth money. Walked with old gas laterns added to the "spooky "feeling. Could be little intimidating for children under 10 due to being in a real cemetery. Also a must go to the bathroom before tour! No bathroom breaks. You can walk to one... More

Thank you for the 5 star review. I am so glad your family enjoyed our tour. We do walk through the oldest cemetery in America. We point out the historical places such as the first fort and Pilgrim burial sites. The shadows can get creepy. We get some great pics of spirits there. Our lanterns, have citronella lamp oil. We... We went on this tour on a Thursday, with 8 and 4 year old boys. Very entertaining (the most captivated the kids were of all attractions). Great stories and history about the town of Plymouth and America as well. The extra 5 bucks for the houses was worth it, they tried to communicate with ghosts and teach you how to... More

Jan started our tour and she was very entertaining giving us a history of the area. Our guide was very detailed in the houses he brought us through and he didn't rush the tour even though we ran over the 2 hours. Thank you for the great 5 star review. I am so glad you and your grandchildren had fun. Sometimes when we get into the houses they are active, we can run a little later. It is great when the Captain taylor or henry comes out, and we are able to photograph them or experience something. Or see the grandfather clock... More

I've been on several different ghost walks including one in Williamsburg Virginia and Virginia Beach. Although entertaining, they didn't compare with the "Dead Of Night Tour". Perhaps it was the ghostly and historic tales, or maybe it was walking through a 400 year old cemetery at night. All in all I would recommend this tour to anyone who is going... More

I'm a huge history buff & thats actually what lead me to this tour; because what are ghosts but living history ;) I did the 90 minute twilight walk; which includes a tour down the oldest streets in America, and burial hill (cemetery), just to name a couple. The guide is an amazing story teller, she told folklore, ghost stories,... More
