Very interesting street seeing where the city began and who lived there with plaques showing the inhabitants. I found the whole history of the Pilgrim Fathers quite intriguing and it was good to see where it started.

It was late in October, but the view of houses from outside is still well worth a visit, meander down to Plymouth Rock to complete the tour

This is a short few blocks walk up into the Town Square towards the First Church at the top. There are many old houses all nicely presented. Easy to do; takes a half hour.

Historical and pretty neat. Most houses have a plaque on the side stating the significance to each house. Very similar to the main street at Plymoth Plantation.

This area is really cute. They really do a nice job up keeping it. The area around the water is really nice to just sit down and look out at. Plymouth Rock is also by the water in the archways which was nice to see.

It is worth a short walk along this street and think about what it might have been like for the Pilgrims. Very historic

Old houses yet not nearly as old as Plymouth itself, but very appealing. Historical plaques on many of the buildings add to the appeal. Well worth the walk.

On this street I found the original locations of some of the Pilgrim's homes and also the site of their original church, the church today, and Burial Hill. I have Pilgrim ancestry and I actually felt shaky as I continued to find things that I...More

Easily accessible by foot from central Plymouth, this attractive and historic street is an important part of the 'Pilgrim Story'. Although none of the actual houses date to the first settlement, it seems that they occupy the plots of that early community.

A short walk through history. There are many plaques with the dates of when the original buildings were constructed. The same names crop up at several houses.
