- Karen GBoxborough, Massachusetts8 contributionsEasy and speedyi chose to use Logan Express in Framingham a year ago to travel to Florida. Once i parked my car and got to the window to buy my ticket, everything went quickly and smoothly. A good value and so worth it! It reduced the headache of driving in Boston traffic and navigating the airport for a place to park, not to mention, the cost of parking at Logan --which is way out of control! i highly recommend it to everyone that needs to get to Logan Airport and needs a little less stress in their life!Visited March 2019Written February 3, 2020
- Dan K1 contributionQuickest Way to Route 1 in Peabody? After renting a car at Logan and following the Logan Express bus back to the North Shore we were sold on Logan Express. Using our most aggressive Boston driving skills we were unable to keep up with the bus as he maneuvered through rotaries, off ramps, on ramps and roadways crowded with weekend shoppers before Christmas. We were scheduled to pick up other travellers at Logan over the next two days and realized by the time we drove in and out and waited for their flights (not counting gas) two hours minimum of our time were easily offset by our fellow travellers taking the bus. It might be good for your visitors to have experience with public transportation. There may be other interesting passengers on the bus.Visited December 2019Written January 8, 2020
- rspill153 contributionsPrompt and EfficientWe use the Logan Express from Peabody. It has proven to be a reliable and convenient transportation service from Peabody's Northshore Mall to Logan Airport. The service operates one bus every hour, and they are very good abvout keeping to schedule, depending on the sometimes unpredictable Rt1 in and out of Boston. Waiting for a return bus at Logan can be a bit aggravating, since there are Logan Express buses from other destinations, and when they appear, your hopes are raised that it is your bus. But dusappointment is often the result. They are usually right on time, however. So one does not need to hover - relax in the terminal until the arrival time nears. Drivers have all be courteous, careful, and helpful.Visited November 2022Written December 14, 2022
- Sandi CWorcester, Massachusetts2 contributionsOvercharged for horrible serviceI dont understand how these people think its appropriate to make "overflow" passengers pay the same amount of money as they charge in the garage. It's an open, inconvenient, unmonitored lot with no bathroom facilities or heat/shelter. I will never use again. Will be doing all my flying from Providence from now on. Their motto is we don't care because we don't have to.Visited October 2022Traveled soloWritten October 31, 2022
- hail1 contributionDisorganizedI was waiting for the Logan Express Framingham bus for over an hour and then someone told me that there was a different bus they were using. Apparently the Framingham one was down so a random “Silver Fox” bus was being used, and it had no sign of being part of the Logan Express system. I would have been there all night if someone hadn’t helped me. I saw several other buses to other destinations, such as the Braintree and Peabody ones, but there was no red Framingham bus. Super confusingVisited July 2022Traveled soloWritten July 22, 2022

- SarahNDippittyPittsburgh, Pennsylvania18 contributionsThe only way to get to the airportComplete contrast to the cramped, slow, and expensive taxi I took from the airport. The Express from Back Bay was fast, comfortable, effortless, and the $3 fare gives you the ability to go to the head of the security line at the airport. Fantastic.Visited October 2019Written October 18, 2019
- mudausandraAbuja, Nigeria74 contributionsEfficient airport shuttleThis was our first time using Logan Express and we were happy with the service. The bus arrived at Logan airport on time and reached Framingham on time. The driver was very helpful. Our teenage daughter didn't pay...that's cool! $12 from the airport to Framingham...very reasonable!Visited July 2019Traveled with familyWritten July 10, 2019
- WynlynWynyard, Australia201 contributionsOperates every 30 minutes between Peabody & Logan AirportThis is an extremely well organised, convenient & economical form of transport from Logan Airport to Peabody and the drivers are very helpful and friendly. For assistance in locating the service, it’s always best to visit the Airport terminal Information Desk as your first option, however below is the basic information you need: 1. Exit the terminal and locate the designated pull-in area for the Logan Express to Peabody which is identified on illuminated LED signs above the walkway (we arrived at Terminal B from New Orleans, but the service also pulls into A, D & E). 2. Purple buses arrive every thirty (30) minutes and travel time is around thirty to forty minutes, depending on traffic. 3. Tickets are sold by a bus terminal attendant on arrival at the Logan Express bus terminal – the process is explained on the bus by a recorded message, so listen carefully. 4. Cost to Peabody is $12 one way, or $22 round trip as opposed to a taxi which may cost up to $100 for the trip 5. If you need a taxi or hotel shuttle when disembarking the bus but don ‘t have a cell/mobile phone, ask either the driver or the bus terminal attendant for assistance – they were more than happy to assist us during our experience. 6. It cost us $10.50 for a taxi to our hotel which was approximately five kilometres from the Bus Terminal and the same fare with a different taxi when we checked out of the hotel I can’t speak highly enough of Logan (Peabody) Express service, we had a worry-free experience initially getting to our accommodation and then returning to the airport after a couple of days in the Peabody/Salem area.Visited October 2017Traveled as a coupleWritten November 5, 2017

They had everything except what I went there for. Who knew figs were seasonal? But I went to four other stores and no one had them.

Easy to use, runs on time, friendly staff. We have used it in the winter and visibility from inside the waiting area is a little limited at Logan, so waiting for the return trip was COLD (the buses move quickly and don't wait around so you really need to be ready to jump on as soon as they arrive!) Also, the parking in Peabody isn't covered, so in the winter be prepared to shovel out your car on your return.

Arriving late, I took the Logan Express Bus from Logan to the Hynes Convention Center and that went pretty smooth. Direct connection and did not take too long. Pay by credit card, $7,00. Return to Logan costs only $3,50.
I did not realise that when returning to Logan at 15:30 Friday afternoon and rush hour, traffic would be a mess and the bus also takes quite a detour which adds even more travel time. It cost me over an hour to get to Logan, I should have taken the T. Green Line, Blue Line to Airport station and hop on the bus.

It's not too bad - you have to loop around a little but there are a couple of different options of ways to do it. I'm not great at directions, I use my GPS every time (but I know I've missed turns and it still manages to get me going the right direction within just a couple of minutes :-) Hope that helps!

Hello, I will be taking the Peabody Express to Logan next week and I was wondering if it is necessary to buy tickets in advance or arrive early in order to get the bus at the time you need? Or is there generally plenty of space? We will probably take a bus around 3-4 PM on a Thursday. Thanks!
