With so many other choices i wouldn't return to this small beach. Try south beach or state beach for starters or Larsen cove in offseason

Town Beach or "Pay Beach" as some long time visitors and residents call it instead of the more popular name, "Inkwell", is a lovely beach to have a long, luxurious swim in! Though my perennial favorite beach for swimming is Edgartown's State Beach, this is...More

The pictures in this review seem to encompass many beaches (Inkwell and Jospeh Syliva among them) that run from the ferry through to Fuller Street Beach in Edgartown. It's a good idea of how long the shore line runs, and how many places there are...More

The Oaks Bluff Town Beach was very clean and the water very beautiful. A very scenic view with all the boats.

Love this beach near the steam authority port for its peaceful waves and great view of ships sailing by. Water is clear and seaweed free this year. There's no lifeguard on duty. There is a new entrance with stairs but I miss the rustic path...More

We enjoyed our time at the beach. It wasn't overly crowded and we always rent a house where we can walk to the beach or to Circuit Ave. Sun and shells.

This beach was a little disappointing as there was very little sand and was mostly stones. It was very hard to walk and the ramps were a little far apart. Also, we spotted several sharks not too far from shore.
