This is not "Disneyworld" ... but it is a public park that is beautifully designed and maintained! My friend and I were amazed ..... it is free of charge. It is a large area / park (not sure of acreage). When one enters park, one must take a right (one way) --- this road actually "loops around" entire park and one ends up back at the entrance / exit (just keep following the road with the "line" on the road). The road is painted for one lane (for vehicles) and has a "second lane" for pedestrians (joggers, walkers, people walking from their cars, etc). As one drives around the loop, there are parking spots around the loop --- so one may park near the animals, or park near the disk golf (which is in the woods), or perhaps park at one of the picnic areas. One could park and just walk into the animal area, then as one continues to walk they will find themselves in another "area". The park has an animal area (small animals); Julia's Garden (butterflies; a large long slide the children enjoy), a "water feature" (this wasn't working when I went last; not sure why); a "beach area" (no water; but a "giant sand" box set up to look like a beach --- complete with gazebo, beach chairs, various beach toys for the kids, etc); a huge playground; a smaller playground; a grassy picnic area; a scenic picnic area; individual picnic areas (one can park their car at the spot); and disk golf, etc. (think I got everything!!!) I did not see a child without a smile on!!!! NOTE: I did not see any "inside toilets" --- but they do have portaporties.
