Great hidden gem. WWI Memorial Park has a petting zoo, beautiful gardens and several playscapes for kids. My teenager loves to frisbee golf there.

Great place with everything from built in grills in private areas and the highest point in the area for fantastic views to kids parks, small petting zoo, and a memorial butterfly park. Best of all, it's free!

We are regular visitor to this park. It is SO amazing. The view, play area, beach (without real beach but sand area), huge slide, butterfly garden, unicorn, animal area. I LOVE this park! Also there are lots of Pockemon so if you are Pockemon GO player you can catch something at this park.

This zoo is a wonderful place for children and adults alike. We take our granddaughter here all the time. It has many animals and a great playground too. They also have picnic tables and places to sit and relax.

This little park has a small kid friendly zoo with turkeys, goats and other farm type animals. They have a fantastic beautiful playground built in memory of Julia Cekala who died as a child. It is well maintained through yearly fundraisers and also has a lovely butterfly garden. There are some hiking trails in the woods and picnic tables.

Great place to spend the day with younger children. So much to do and at no cost. Also pet friendly.
