The staff has eagle eyes when it comes to apple picking and pumpkin season. The staff sneaks around the orchard to see if guests are picking the fruit correctly. If you bite into one of the fruits they will hunt you down and reprimand you...More

Farms in this area are trying a number of things to stay afloat, which is necessary and admirable. It is apple picking time, and they spiced things up with a kids area with bouncy house and bouncy slide an animal yard, and tractor pulled cow...More

Ladies and gentlemen, do not waste your hard-earned money here. Today was one of the worst New England farmers market experiences I've ever had. I used to love this place but it's gone downhill so quickly and today was a huge disappointment. The bakery counter...More

Smolak Farm is a family favorite for breakfast on the weekends. Their cider donuts are the best and they serve good quality coffee.

Great apples available for picking your own or just getting a bag in the gift shop. Try the Apple cider donuts with your coffee. They are great!

Went on a whim and found about 1,000 people with the same idea on a sunny autumn weekend. Parking took 30 minutes. Gave up on lunchfood due to the crowds... no doubt a fun spot with little kids on quieter days.

Stopped to stretch our legs during a drive home from Maine with our Bischon. Ice cream was great. Brody enjoyed his doggie dish and I enjoyed seeing a working homestead.

A train from the North Station to Lawrence or Andover and then a taxi or Uber to Smolak's. About a 5 mile ride from either train station.
