This is a well designed historical display of the building of Hoosac Tunnel - quite an engineering feat in it's day. Includes photos, a video, a couple of dioramas (nicely done), and many items from the era.

We had not planned to visit this small state park but added it to our trip at a townsman's advice. An Informative presentation about the building of the Hoosic Tunnel and area history.

Well designed informational presentation of the history of the Hoosack Valley and the building of the Hoosack Railroad Tunnel connecting N. Adams and Albany. Lighting in the tunnel representations could have been better.

This is a hidden gem, unfortunately located hidden away in a side street that is easily missed but well worth the visit. They have done a fabulous job of explaining and demonstrating all about the Hoosick Tunnel and the amazing feat of engineering it took...More

We had a nice lunch at the Freightyard Pub. they were renovating the grounds so we didn't get to see much. I've been to the museum in the past. It is nice.
