A nephew and niece-to-be chose the.park as a backdrop for wedding photos. It suited the purpose admirably—wide expanses of meadow and vintage trees interspersed with avenues of cedar and rhododendron. There are picnic tables scattered around and about— an excellent for a pastoral repast.

Maudslay State Park is a great place to hike. It varies from flat areas to hills,woods and fields. It’s a beautiful spot and I’m lucky to have found it.

Yes, they do. There is Cashman park near downtown of which has certain hours when dogs can run free. Winnekenne castle in Haverhill has 5 mile trail loop of which dogs can be off leash.
