Extensive marked hiking trails with nice views. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Make sure to bring water.

Well maintained trail with some moderately steep and rocky parts. Gorgeous view from the top in any season but in the fall it is absolutely amazing. You're not likely to have the mountain to yourself, but rarely crowded. Take a picture of trail before you start so you can choose your route as you go! I've heard it is also a popular spot for geocaching

About 30-40 mins to top depending on route. Trails well marked but take photo of map on bottom so you decide routes along the way. Beautiful Vista at top. Several spots to view from.

It's about 30 minutes to the peak. Well maintained trail. Some steep parts. Dogs welcome. Great views. Usually other people at top, frequented area.

Wow, impressively well maintained trails. Some nice views from the top and even a register to sign in. Trails in excellent shape and easy to run on (although the climb is about 500'). Also worth a visit to the Miller tract which is 1 mile away.

Peaked Mountain is my favorite hiking spot because of the great scenery and only a moderate fitness level in most parts. It is also a great spot to take your dog for a walk. Parking is adequate and adjacent to the start of the trails. Trails are well maintained and offer a mix of scenery from pine forest, to meadows, to lakes. One caution, there are people who ride their horses in portions of the site here, so don't be surprised to see trailers in the parking area and horses on the trails.

Outstanding views at the end of a hike trail. Always someone there. Not too vigorous a walk. Really worth the hike.

Peaked Mt is a great little climb for a day trip. It starts off steep and then levels out a bit. The trails are demarcation. We started out on "red" trails and then switched over into to "orange" probably coveraging 3/4's of all trails offered. We spend a good 3 hours admiring the scenery. It was a very enjoyable climb and a enjoyable day overall!
