Such a peaceful place to relax an enjoy the view. There are benches and rocks to sit and have lunch. A lot of parking spots. Some people were just sitting in their cars enjoying the view. So glad we found this spot.

Interesting and attractive place to visit and see the historic little lighthouse. Historic plaques provide history. Pretty views.

The lighthouse is the symbol of the shipping days back when Mattapoisett had one the larges swordfishing fleets in the world. It is also the place where we went "parking" in the 1950s.
