Multiple interconnected trails of various difficulty (do not worry, even the hardest is pretty easy!). After a few minutes all traffic noise from 7 & 20 is gone and you are alone in the forest. Beautiful and peaceful and serene!!!

Lots of great trails and they are kept clean! My favorite hike is one that ends at Chocolate Springs Cafe! (Theres a trailhead right in the back of the parking lot. )

Yes- get trail map -all trails very well marked- at Arcadian Shop- tail head starts in their parking lot also

No. Try nearby Pleasant Valley (Mass Audubon) instead. They have a lovely all access path that would be more suitable.

Yes, and they allow horses as well. But they a very in tuned with the walkers so bikers Need to be respectful !
