This year we went with two bow-riders (18' & 20') with a total of 15 people. We rented the tubes as well which were well worth the extra $60.
We had great weather. The depth finder was working perfectly which was very helpful since the bay varies, a lot, from 1' to 15'.
One thing different from the party boat was the option to go into the greater bay (up to two miles out). That allowed for a different perspective.
Four hours was plenty of time on the water for us.
The guys at the desk were plenty helpful. We were able to park two fairly large vehicles in their small dock area. Otherwise you can pay to park right across the street in the ferry lot.
It would be nice if they had newer equipment. But being one of the very few places you can actually rent a boat...

What a great fun day!!! I can't get over the level of ease it was to book, park and get out on the water for the best vacation day ever!
The weather was so crappy for our original booking, raining, sprinkling, sometimes pouring. We were game to make a go of it but the staff made it so easy for us to reschedule and we ended up getting great weather the next week! We had three adults and three kids and took out the 18' with seven seats. We rented one tube and went out for four hours. All three adults had minimal boating experience. The staff is so awesome and knowledgeable and put us right at ease. We were too nervous for much adventuring so we stuck to tubing in the Bay and swimming in a little cove and seriously, what more do you need?
What an incredible day, we made so many great memories.
Shout out to Zack!!! Thank you for everything thank you for giving our family such a great day!

We enjoyed tooling around Lewis Bay for the afternoon, the majority of time happily taking in sights at ~5mph. The Pontoon boat was in good shape, everything worked fine, oh, except the depth gauge. We anchored in a couple of spots and swam without any issues. There are plenty of shallow spots to wade, swim or get stuck (look out for that last one). As long as you are standing and pay attention to the map you can easily avoid really shallow areas.
We had my 76 yr old Mom with us and she had a lot of fun.
They also rent speedboats if you want to do some tubing. We rented speedboats on Pleasant Bay, but they would not allow tubing "due to insurance". So Lewis Bay, while much smaller than Pleasant, is best bet for dragging someone behind the boat - on a tube!

We arrived 15 minutes before as instructed but had to wait 30 minutes for our boat. People were waiting for us to pick them up. Not cool! Then, they charged us an extra $250+tax because some of the paint came off the propeller. They took a picture before we left and showed the comparison. How do we know that wasn't a picture of another propeller and they do this to rip people off. A little paint off a propeller doesn't make the propeller not work! Certainly not cool!

Great experience! After a disappointing visit to a water park, we were looking for a way to spend an afternoon and ended up renting a 16’ Boston Whaler for a couple of hours. The staff was friendly and efficient, the boat in good working order. We explored the cove and went swimming. It was busy, bright and fun.

Had a lovely day! I Rented the Ventura for 4 hours on a beautiful Sunday in July as a birthday present for my boyfriend. Neither of us had prior boating experience but it was really easy to pick up! We took the boat out to one of the swimming areas and anchored there for a little bit. We also went out to the boaters beach. Loved it and would definitely go back

Enjoyed our trip! We were first time boat renters. It was easy, they explained everything, we would definitely rent from them again. I liked the spot as well, you could stay in a more enclosed spot, or you could go out into open water! Beautiful views and we were able to swim as well!

My wife & I took out the 18’ Ventura for a half day, and what a great day on the water just cruising around. The staff (Nick) was very informative before we took off in the morning. Parking was a breeze behind Baxters in Hyannis. The whole day couldn’t of been better. Thank you Den

We rented a Pontoon boat for 1/2 day on Lewis Bay. Boat held 12 adults and gave us the opportunity to see some wonderful sights from the bay. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They recommended a beach on the back side of Egg island for us to anchor and enjoy basically our our private beach and some of the best swimming on the cape
