Pretty stained glass windows church

A must see church for anyone. Within an easy couple of blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants of Hyannis. Gorgeous stained glass windows in a quaint Catholic Church.

The Church Community offers a social gathering after each Mass in the church function room below the altar including pastries, coffee, soda. A small donation can be made but is not required,

An unusual design with 3 entrances. Flowers were beautiful inside and it was nice to spend time where the Kennedys lived and went to church. Sadly the air con had broken down but we survived! Hopefully the collection will go towards fixing it.

St. Francis is obviously a very vibrant parish, as I visit regularly throughout the year. I enjoy this church during the summer because it is very welcoming to vacationers. Every church should share the spirit "All are Welcome Here," this church has always had that feeling. There is a huge parking lot and it is accessible for anyone with disabilities.... More

This is the old parish church in Hyannis and was where the Kennedy family worshipped regularly during the Hyannis period. It is within easy walking distance of the JFK Museum and Main Street and there is a car park attached if required.

This beautiful Catholic church acted as the Kennedy Family parish during their summer visits to Hyannis. I was very impressed to learn that many of the Kennedy family weddings and baptisms took place in this church. Worth a visit!

Very enjoyable location and clergy! Our priest was young and stood about six feet six inches with a great voice and sermon. Young priest with old time delivery.

Visited with my elderly mother. Beautiful and historic as it is where the Kennedy family and POTUS attended. Mass is in Latin. Perfect for my elderly mother who grew up with mass spoken in Latin.

We attended Christmas Eve Mass at St. Francis Xavier. It was a beautiful church, the sermon engaged the children, and we felt really comfortable there. This is not our home town, but I would highly recommend that you attend a service here when you are in the area.
