A perfect summer evening
Aug 2021
Acapella on steroids. They are amazing, with so much energy, singing, dancing, and laughing. A great family night for all ages. They have a wide selection of songs so it is always a different show. The best 2 hours of summer!

Incredible Experience
Aug 2021 • Couples
This group is so good. They sing a variety of songs suitable for all ages from Frank Sinatra to Taylor Swift. Look them up on their website (search for Hyannis Sound) for shows throughout the cape during the week. Its such a fun way to wind down the day after whatever else you did. Sit for 2 hours and be completely entertained. The talent is recruited from across the Northeast and beyond. Many of these kids will make a living in the performance industry and this is your chance to see them for a very reasonable price.

Absolute must do on the Cape
Jul 2019 • Family
One of the best things we did while on the cape over the Fourth of July week. Certainly my expectations were high that they would be good - but holy cow. I along with my three teenagers were completely blown away by the entertainment of the group. Phenomenal singers and phenomenal entertainers. “Penguins on an escalator” will be a favorite song for the entire family. Simply brilliant! Can’t wait to hear them again when we are back.

All excellent vocal musicians with a diverse repertoire full of fun and pathos. Everyone can enjoy their music and you won't meet a nicer group of ten anywhere!!!

Sounding GREAT!
Jul 2018 • Couples
We saw Hyannis Sound at the 1717 Meetinghouse in West Barnstable, what a delightful evening in that fabulous venue. The high-energy level of these talented young men was superb, their voices blended and complimented one another throughout the evening. It was pure joy listening to them sing, banter and speak a little bit about themselves. We loved it, great performance.

This is the one attraction which is an absolute "must see" each summer.
Aug 2017
This group of a dozen college guys from as far away as Virginia come together each summer to put on nightly concerts. They play in a rotation of five towns --- Tuesday we get to see them in Chatham. They clearly enjoy the songs and put on a full two part ninety minute show. We never miss one of them each summer.

A great family night
Jul 2017 • Family
Had the opportunity to listen to the Hyannis Sound last evening at the Dennis Union Church for the first time . What a great concert...the kids were not excited but after they were there they were happy I dragged them😜. This group of 20 something's sang contemporary and old favorites. They have energy and it shows. After each solo they give a bio and story about them. Truly a nice night out and great entertainment. The church was filled ! $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and children under $10. Personally I think kids should be free.

Every summer trip to Cape Cod should include a Hyannis Sound concert
Aug 2016 • Friends
What performance! Year after year I am impressed at the performance level of this group. A Hyannis Sound concert is always one of the highlights of our summer trip. The group clearly has a high musical standard, but there is also an expectation of classy performance behavior. Group members greet and thank concert goers at the end of each performance. Yes, it is a throw back to a different time and place, but updated musical selections and pitch perfect harmonies keep these concerts from getting stale or feeling nostalgic. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing
Aug 2016 • Family
Embarrassed to say that I was not sure was accapella singing was but when these young men came to our church, I bought tickets on a whim. The show sold out and it was an impressive 2 hour concert. Think barber shop quartet but with ten singer and all kinds of music. The boys are clean-cut, well-dressed, polite, interesting and told funny vignettes between songs to make it more personable. They audition to obtain this summer position with an organization that has, apparently started about 40 years ago. The price was right ($10 for adults although most of their shows are $15). They were standing outside following the performance to chat and shake hand. The whole evening just made me feel good and my 21 year old daughter was in love with each and every one of them!

A highlight of our Cape Cod getaway
Jun 2016 • Friends
After you've spent the day on the beach or in a boat, come in, cool off and enjoy the "music" of Hyannis Sound.

This group of energetic young men will entertain you with some of the best a capella music you're likely to hear. They're so good, you don't miss the instruments. They are congenial, entertaining and surprisingly professional in their performances. Locate their website to see the four weekly Cape Cod locations where they perform.

They are a wonderful way to end your day at the Cape.
