Tour was very nice and informative. My only negative was, when the guide was speaking about certain places or things it was hard to know or see what she was talking about. There were 10-12 people on the boat take the time and make sure everyone knows what you are talking about. Should probably rename the tour
" Harbor History Tour" you kind of see lighthouses but it certainly isn't the focus.

My favorite part was the wonderful, friendly staff of Bay Spirit Tours! Just as wonderful was the tour itself, beautiful, very well maintained and appointed boat, with all the amenities you want or need, along with a very nice narration of all of the points of interest along the way. The narrator was thorough, answered questions and had a very pleasant voice that was understood and heard very clearly with the use of a microphone and speakers located around the boat for easy listening. In addition to seeing all of the points of interest along the way, a special bonus we encountered was a sighting of the Kennedy boat Mya, with Kennedy’s on board, out sailing; their boat was pointed out yo us by the narrator! You can’t get more of a Cape Cod experience than that ! It was extra special that the tour included narration of famous boats of the area. I had never experienced this from any water tour I’ve ever taken anywhere in the US! Such a bonus and almost my favorite part of the tour. I will tour with Bay Spirit Tours again, whenever I’m in the area, and I highly recommend them for your touring pleasure too. My next tour will be the sunset tour, I can’t wait to experience this next time. Thank you Bay Spirit Tours for a memorable, wonderful experience!

We reminisce about this trip all the time. It was so relaxing with a great mix of chilled music and bar service. We were allowed to just take everything in, snuggle under blankets and enjoy the stunning views.
Bay Spirit understand exactly what people want, the balance was perfect. When we dropped anchor to watch the sunset, they chatted with us and imparted their knowledge over intimate chats, no loud microphones. All the tourists spoke in whispered, respectful tones, so we all felt like it was our own private tour.
We would travel back to Hyannis from Ireland just for this trip alone.
Thank you for an unforgettable memory.

We went on a sunset cruise with live music. We had an amazing time! The music was a fantastic addition to the experience. The trip took about 90 minutes and we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view of the Kennedy Compound while the crew gave us some history. This was our second sunset cruise of the week, and they were two noticeable differences with this cruise. The first was it is not “first come first served” getting on the boat. You were given a boarding pass when you check in, but they are not numbered. That means you had to hang around the boat ramp for 45 minutes until they let us on the boat in order of our position. Our other cruise had numbered boarding passes and we were able to leave and shop before the boat boarded. The second difference was the cash bar was located downstairs inside of the boat. Of course there is a line so if you’re the designated drink buyer you miss a portion of the sightseeing tour because you were waiting in line. The other cruise had the crew coming around taking our drink orders and delivering them. In all, this was a wonderful evening out on the water, and there was plenty of room on the boat to spread out, even at full capacity. I highly recommend it!

The Bay Spirit Tours is an awesome attraction that offers guests with a highly enjoyable guided cruise ride on Lewis Bay of Cape Cod Massachusetts.
In August of 2022, I brought and treated myself and my wife for a guided cruise tour with the Bay Spirit Tours during our vacation in Cape Cod.
We both found our ride on the vessel to be smooth and comfortable and enjoyed viewing and learning about the various lighthouses that are positioned throughout the Cape.
Both my wife and I also enjoyed taking pictures of the scenic coastline of Cape Cod, its magnificent beaches, viewing the Kennedy Compound, an historic landmark and home of the Kennedy Family as well as feeling the cool breeze while cruising around Lewis Bay!!!
In light of our experience, both my wife and I highly recommend that you take a tour with
the Bay Spirit Tours. The tour will provide you with the perfect chance to learn about as well as view the beauty of Cape Cod, Massachusetts!!!

Take a look at the picture and notice the two fishermen stranded on the jetty.
High tides, a rougher than normal ocean, and very poor judgement left these two stranded in a very precarious situation. Luckily Captain Dennis and crew knew just what to do, and they alerted the harbormaster. While we had to wait for the rescue to arrive, we couldn't really get close enough to actively assist. Captain Dennis apologized for the extended cruise, but everyone enjoyed the additional excitement.
They were picked up, though drenched and embarrassed, and will hopefully make better decisions in the future

What a fantastic 75 minute voyage. Great, friendly crew offered tons of local knowledge. They told fantastic stories of the history of the area including Kennedy lore. Don’t even want to mention the cliche “it was worth the money “ because at only $25 per person - it was more than a bargain. And make sure you tip the crew - they deserve it !

We took the lighthouse tour. It was a perfect 75 minute tour for our family of 11. We had children ages 10 months to 9 year olds. They enjoyed the tour as much as the adults. We saw 3 light houses heard the history of another. Saw the Kennedy compound and had a lovely ride on the water. The tour guide was friendly and informative and did the perfect amount of talking. There was also a “treasure chest” of items found in the ocean. The kids enjoyed that near the end of the tour. They also received sand dollars. There is plenty of seating for everyone and they even have sunscreen for those of us who forgot. Do yourself a favor and and take this tour.

Our first sunset cruise and it was worth every penny! It was my husband's birthday and he made this selection. We stayed at the back of the boat since we had been to Nantucket and back earlier in the day and got to see the sites. But when we idled for the sunset, it truly was breathtaking.
The live musician, Brian, was also wonderful. He kept the tunes mellow and appropriate for the moment and even took requests!! This was the last sunset cruise of the season and we weren't disappointed.
The bonus-- seeing two live seals in the harbor as we were taking off. :)

We had a beautiful day out on the water. The female guide seemed to be very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Unfortunately even with the microphone her voice was not loud enough to hear over the engines and wind so we did not hear much of what she was saying, no matter where we moved to try. I would however recommend the tour, just sit close to where the guide is if you want to hear the narration.

My husband has limited mobility and uses a cane. Will he be able to get on and off the boat without issue? We have taken numerous other boat rides, i.e. whale watches, etc. with no problem but not a catamaran. Thanks

Would this be a good trip for my mom who is nearing 80? She's not terribly adventurous. Kind of concerned this might be too hot. Pics suggest not a lot of shade on the trip.
