If you have kids or are just interested in how things are made you should visit here. It's a little tricky to find if your not a local but on a rainy day or a very hot day it's a good side trip. The Cape Cod beer Company is close by so you could combine the visits

Plenty of parking, photo ops outside, NOT allowed inside, you see all areas, lots of information posted along the walls as you see the various stages, picnic tables outside, gift shop at the end (of course!) even a free small bag sample! Plan for less than 1/2 hour total.

The factory was a great way to kill some time. Tour was interesting and we enjoyed the samples outside at picnic table on a beautiful day.

We enjoyed this short self guided tour at the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and gave us tips on our future visit to Plymouth. Loved the free bag of chips at the end. We wish they sold these in Idaho!

On our last day on the Cape we decided to visit inside attractions and made a point to visit the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory. The owners of the factory have done it right! There is no admission and no tickets to reserve – just show up and walk through the self-guided tour. Large windows let you see in the... More

Watch how potato chips are made and processed from the peeling of potatoes to the bagging of the chips. It is a self guided tour, look through the windows into the factory and read the accompanying signs to get the full story. This is a fun factory tour, go as quickly, or slowly, as you want. At the end you... More
