About
The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by Raytheon Technologies is an exciting, innovative and interactive, modern museum experience for all ages. The Kraft family, in an effort to preserve team history and honor the greatest Patriots of all-time, built and opened The Hall in 2008. It has since undergone championship renovations to enhance its Super Bowl Experience exhibit, which takes guests inside the team’s five Super Bowl wins. It includes the sparkling Vince Lombardi Super Bowl trophies and championship rings, an interactive that allows guests to virtually make Malcolm Butler’s Super Bowl XLIX-clinching interception, and the new Anatomy of a Comeback area that breaks down the Super Bowl LI win. The Hall regularly adds to its collection and changes out artifacts and exhibits to ensure a fresh experience.

My wife and I were staying just down the road from Gillette Stadium and, being fans of the NFL, we felt it would be good to pay a visit. In an ideal world a stadium tour would be available but, unfortunately, this is not something the Patriots provide so the Patriots Hall of Fame is the next best thing. I'd visited Gillette Stadium once before for a New England Revolution game many years ago and the stadium and the area around it has developed quite a lot since then. One of those developments is the Patriots Hall of Fame. We both enjoyed our visit and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was plenty to see and do including being able to attempt a field goal and see how your vertical jump and reaction times compare with the Patriot players. You can also recreate a super bowl winning catch and get a photo with the Patriots six super bowl trophies. The Patriots are our second NFL team and so we enjoyed the visit however I don't think you need to be a Patriots fan to any degree to enjoy their Hall of Fame.

The mission of the Hall of Fame is top rovid a venue that was both entertaining and educational.using modern, innovative technology to honor the greatest Patriots of all time. No question, my visit accomplished the goals. Very modern and upscale presentations that preserve the team's rich history and championship tradition. Without a doubt, Bob Craft, the Patriots owner, did an excellent job creating the Patriots Hall of Fame.

I am not the biggest sports fan, but this was great! Took a former New Englander and he loved it. I think if you are a Pats fan it is a must see. Interactive displays, memorabilia, the trophies and the rings: it's all there. Then take a trip over the the Bass Pro Shop and have dinner. Makes for a great day. Enjoy!!!!

Lots of interactive displays.
The history of the team is explained very well, with great memorabilia and informative graphics.
Its small enough to be able to see everything in a couple of hours, or you could spend more time lokung at, and reading all of the info, and using the interactive displays.
On the day we went, there was sn opportunity to seecand touch the Super Bowl rings.
But the line was so long, and so slow moving that it would have been necessary to send out for pizza!
But if you are a fan of the Pats or of football in general, it is a very good take.

My wife and I visited the Patriots Hall of Fame the day before the Cowboys game. We planned our vacation to Boston around attending a game as we're Patriots fans. We thought the place would be interesting and that we would probably be in and out in an hour. We greatly underestimated both! The Hall of Fame is surprisingly well done from entrance to exit and you should really plan to spend a few hours there. We of course learned a lot more about Patriots history. What we didn't expect was how much we learned about the origins of pro football and its many New England ties. Even Patriots haters would find that interesting. The Patriots' history film in the auditorium is definitely worth the 20 or so minutes of your time. Young people don't even know how terrible the Patriots were in the old days. An exhibit applying sound mathematical principles and facts was compelling in the way it calculated that the current Patriots represent the third greatest dynasty among all team sports. We also enjoyed the interactive nature of the Hall -- from simple things like posing for a photo in a Patriots team huddle to attempting a blocking excercise. Reading about Hall inductees including my all-time favorite Patriot Troy Brown was more engaging that usual as I could touch a button and see a 15-foot-tall image of him shoot up an electronic screen. And the thing you absolutely must do is photo opp at the end, and it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it: You can make like Malcom Butler and pick off the Super Bowl clinching pass against the Seahawks and instantly get an emailed image of you posing for the cover a magazine in that pose. Three other pieces of advice? Don't try to visit the Hall on a game day. We went the day before a game and had plenty of time and space to experience it all. You would just be a sardine on a game day. A non-game day visit will also better enable you to appreciate the beauty of the exterior of Gillette Stadium and even get a good ground-level look at the field through a gate. Second, there is no food or snack machine in the building so you don't want to go at a time when you would normally be eating. There's a new commuter rail train that now makes multiple trips a day from Boston to Foxborough on week days so it's an easy trip from Boston if you're not driving. Just make sure you don't miss the last afternoon train back.
