Beautiful night on the Island Queen in Falmouth Harbor. Outdoors under the full moon or inside sheltered from the elements - the crew and bar staff were lovely. Puffy Elvis (band) was on fire, and the band parents outdid themselves with the food. What an experience.

Staff is great and since no cars on this ferry it is a quicker loading process. It does accept bikes. Boat is nothing fancy, but plenty of shady or sunny areas, whatever your preference. Tip: If you want shade/sun, sit in the opposite side of what you want when you board because when the ferry takes off it will be... More

This is a great way to visit Martha's Vineyard. The trip begins in the lovely town of Falmouth, well worth stopping in and the journey is only about 40 minutes. The boat is not too big and has a great open deck where on a clear day you can see a lot of the island It also has a nice... More

The Island Queen is a good service doing trips too and from Martha's Vineyard. There are regular sailings throughout the day. When we were there, on a Saturday the last sailing back to Falmouth was 5:15 pm. We could have done with a bit longer, like on a Friday when the last return is 8:45pm. You set great views of... We took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard a day after a tropical storm. Although the seas were very rough, the ferry went slowly and our "adventure" became a very pleasant ferry ride.

Nice boat road to Martha's Vineyard. The boat left and arrived on time. Worth the $20 ticket. We enjoyed sitting on the top deck

Not much to say. Reliable, nice ride over to the Vineyard. More relaxed, casual, easy going, no cars

It's a ferry, so staying afloat is a good thing. The trip from Falmouth to Oak Bluffs took less than a half hour. The ride was clean and uneventful.

Fast service... We actually arrived 10 mins before the 9am sailing (but it was towards the end of summer and thus not that busy) Return journey was necessary to queue for at least 30mins to make sure we got onto the ferry.
