This is the beach of choice when visiting my friend in Falmouth. It is close, convenient and low key. On this trip we settled on the east side, do to reduced parking spaces the lots fill up quicker and earlier. Usually we settle in on the west side. The beach is not wide but as a rule is never overly crowded, it is family friendly. The Vineyard is visible across the sound adding to the view. Behind the beach is Green Pond which also attracts an older crowd making it quieter. On this trip I wandered a bit and stumbled across some paths and a bike trail. There are no provisions with in walking distance so bring supplies. It does cost nonresidents to get in.

This is a great beach for kicking back with a book. It is a Bit rocky on the beach going into the water but typically not as crowded as Falmouth Heights or Old Silver.
