Although the museum was closed on the day I was in town, I was able to view the trains from the parking lot. The display of vintage rail cars was excellent. Trains from various rail lines: New York New Haven, New York Central System, etc....More

What a great Fire Truck They Had in Field. There next event I found is on June 28, 2014 is a craft show it is from 10:00 am to 3:00pm Free ADMISSION

Nice to visit on a Saturday while they are doing restoration on the rail cars and working on odds & ends. Lots of history about the railroad in Fall River back in the day and to see some of the old pictures of the train...More

We take the kids to the Old colony & Fall River Railroad museum near Halloween . They put on a haunted train exhibit that makes for a great side trip when visiting Battleship cove or many of the October haunted factories

The cars were decorated for a scarey Holloween and it was really fun. It helps bring out the kid in all of us!

It's small - cute. If you are visiting the Battleship or Marine Museum, stop by ... otherwise .. don't drive out of your way for it. My kids had fun (but it's small).
