A favorite attraction when family with kids come to visit. Not so good if you have kids in strollers, though. Tough to wrangle a toddler around but perfect for 5-12 year olds.

Well worth the visit, so amazing inside and so many levels to it. Not suitable for people who struggle with stairs, tight spaces and climbing through hatches. Amazing detail.

This is great to bring the kids or just yourself. Amazing ship! Battleship cove has so many attractions now. It is a must see on your trip to the East Coast

Very interesting place to visit along with the Russian Submarine and the PT boat nearby. Around the corner is a Railroad museum (small) and a nearby Carousel and the Heritage Museum. Quite a bit to do.

Amazing to walk around such a huge ship. Good exhibits below deck but would have preferred the original guts of the ship to remain intact. There are other ships and exhibits to visit on the same site. Would need at least half a day to explore fully.

great historical WW II ships and exhibits. Good lessons about what our soldiers and sailors experienced during the war. Submarine, destroyer , Battleship and other exhibits abound here. Also close to the Marine Museum and Carosel.

This whole exhibit makes for a wonderful day. They have a whole series of naval vessels that you can explore. You start on dry land where they have a variety of vessels including a duck boat, aircraft, attack helicopters and even a pair of PT boats. A PT boat is a patrol boat like JFK commanded. Lots of information about... More

My son and I used to do Cub Scout overnights on the MASSACHUSETTS and enjoyed the experience. My wife always wondered what we "lived through." There is so much of this vessel that is "original equipment" -- you are looking at, or through, what an 18 year old sailor saw over two generations ago. You can see how the volunteers... More

Could not believe the size of the ship it looked big on the outside and walking through the inside of it made it seem enormous. You can easily spend a good part of your day on this ship. There are many exhibits throughout the ship. Be ready to climb narrow ladders to the different levels of the ship.
