Good overall tour

We were on a Tour of New England in the Fall and a bus tour with Karen was included. She has a great personality and a wealth of local information. She drives the quirky bus around the Island and gives a great guided tour at the same time. Higly recommend Karen's tour.

Our tour guide was really fun but the tour itself was not my favorite. There we only 2 stops one to eat and the other at Gay Head Cliffs. Don't get me wrong the stops were great! But, other points of interest, we just flew by. You barely got to see anything let alone to take a picture. I really... More

Wanting to get as much information as possible in the one day we visited the island; this was the ideal tour. Driver certainly knew the ins-and-outs of MV and was generous with this knowledge. He was a bit quirky near the start of the tour when he said, " I don't want to hear anyone talking. I mean it, shut... More

This 2.5 hour bus tour had the feeling of total cheapness, from buying tickets from a street-type vendor to the non-air-conditioned, bumpy ride, old and ugly school busses. Thank goodness the driver was interesting, Otherwise, this trip would have been a big disappointment. I wonder why the owner has not updated these archaic busses. Also, we only had access to... We took the blue school bus from Oaks Bluff on 20th August with my 5 year old son, my husband and my dad. We initially thought it'll show the famous land marks around the island with a photo stop at Gay Head Cliff. The bus had around 14-15 passengers including us 4. The bus driver was passing the information about... More

We paid 33 dollars each for a tour in an air conditioned luxury van. It lasted two and a half hours and was a really good way to see all of the towns and other interesting places. Our driver and guide was great, full of humour and knowledge. We really enjoyed it, and for a first visit, it really helped... More

We took this tour thinking we were really going to see some of the island. The driver was also the tour guide. He was difficult to understand and he drove extremely fast. We were never given any opportunities to take pictures during the ride. We had one stop for an hour. Based on the cost of $33 per person we... More

Visited Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Great views of water, people watching, tours and attractions etc. Always things to see on the MV! Fun coming over on the ferry from Hyannis. If you haven't visited the islands off cape cod, MV is a must! Rent a bike or scooter and tour the entire island. Best way to see the entire place... More

We had a great driver who didn't stop giving us great commentary on Martha's Vineyard ranging from its initial history, links to celebrities and presidents who visit and what its actually like to live there. The bus has a vintage to it, but great fun. If you are looking for a personal tour this isn't it, but if you want... More
