No one was rude to me, and now I have a gorgeous bracelet!

After reading the reviews here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I wanted an authentic Cape Cod bracelet, so I figured it would be an adventure. I knew exactly what I wanted, so... read more

If you want outstanding silver jewelry on Cape Cod, this is your destination. Only open during certain times of the year, Wed.-Sat. 10-5, and most of the time you need to have a ticket to get into the tiny house. You will have a personal clerk to help you choose your favorites, and sometimes it takes time to just be... More

After reading the reviews here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I wanted an authentic Cape Cod bracelet, so I figured it would be an adventure. I knew exactly what I wanted, so no need for a ticket. I got there at about 10:45 on a Thursday in mid/late July, ie, right smack-dab in the middle of the summer.... More

We went to Eden hands for the first time with tickets yesterday. Up until now we had only visited the onsie line. To be honest I'm not sure if I would get a ticket or not again, for the most part if your familiar with their jewelry, you kind of know what you want. There wasn't that many designs that... More

Went middle of week , nobody there, didn't know about appointments. The staff was so rude to us and an elderly person who had driven miles to see their jewelry. Wouldn't even show us a piece or a picture of their jewelry. What a terrible way to run a business. However, if you had cash and knew what you wanted... More

Originator of the Cape Cod twist ball bracelet. Their workmanship is wonderful and they guarantee their work. It is tricky to find, they only take cash and you have to go to their website and get a ticket for a time to go to the shop because the shop is so small. I just found out about the shop and... More

This was our third time here. There was a small line, but we didn't wait long. I bought the new sun and moon bracelet. It is beautiful. Every year they come out with a new bracelet. My only complaint is that our salesperson was very cold.

Eden Arts is the original designer of the "Cape Cod Bracelet", they have many other designs along with earrings and necklaces. They know the process is difficult and they are FINE with it, in fact they like it that way!!! So, if you don't want to play by the rules or you like to complain you probably should not go!... More

I went to Eden to get the Herring ring. I only wanted that one item. I went to the "onesie" window on the side. Cindy was the salesperson working there. She was so helpful and nice! Love this place! I am so happy with my ring! My next trip will be a ticket trip. I would love to go in... More

We love the jewelry at Eden and have bought many pieces for years but the salesperson during this visit was extremely rude during our whole time there. She gave us a very negative experience and I'm not sure we will ever return!

I have been taking friends and family for years to get their bobble from the Cape. I have never had an issue with quality, but one of my many bracelets cracked. Upon reading the online info at their website, it seemed simple to stop by for a repair as they stand by their workmanship. I stopped in and was told... More
