This is in side of the Dedham theater it is actually on the way to bathroom it is just a room full of awful arts. The one was called Mana Lisa It was just a nightmare. One of my friend told me a funny story...More

Most important is the fact that this museum is now either defunct or no longer in this location. The "art" that hung on the basement walls outside the men's room is gone, and has been replaced by other art that looks a bit more respectable....More

Museum of Bad Art used to be in the basement of the Dedham Community Theater and was always great, but it's no longer there. Gone. The theater itself is still there and shows mainly independent movies on 2 screens.

you have nothing to lose. The museum of Bad Art is a free "museum". Really it's an unfinished room in the basement of a community theatre, and bad art hangs on the wall. Clever and humorous descriptions accompany each work of art. Fun side trip...More

I don't know what Bigfish a go-go expected, but bad art is bad art. Did he expect to find some of da Vinci's cast offs? As for the price, how can you waste your money on something that is free?? I have stopped in there...More

The Museum of Bad Art is free. It is a good place to visit if you are in the area anyway. Otherwise it is not worth the trip. The Dedham Theater that hosts the museum is very nice.

In the downstairs of a movie house - on the way to the men's bathroom - is a one room exhibit of truly terrible art. It's the kind that makes you wonder what in the world the artist was thinking. The best part, though, are...More

Lovely movie house above in lovely Dedham Center. Not really a destination but more of a hallway with some found bad art. It would be fun for a young couple to stroll through if they happened to be there but no reason to go out...More

This sits in the basement of a movie theater - in a room that leads to the mens room. There are normally around 20 exhibits, rather eclectic mix of paintings.

We had gone to the theatre a few years before and stumbled on the "museum" in the basement. This summer we once again took advantage of the opportunity to see a movie and revisit the collection. The items have been either donated, bought at second-hand...More
