Horrible customer service. I never leave bad reviews if I'm slightly unhappy about the service., but this is beyond terrible. I understand that every business might have issues and it's always helpful when management is capable to talk and settle things in a nice manner, but no luck with this place. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. My nightmare started in 2014, I bought 2 tickets for Valentine's Day for my boyfriend and I, they had a special discounted price going on $199 per ticket. So we were excited to use it the following summer, and when I contacted them to make a reservation they said they were having some troubles with the permit/license so we couldn't make a reservation for a while. They were saying they couldn't operate without the permit. Then the summer ended, in fall they were not open because of weather conditions, which was still fine at that point. So we had to wait for them to open next season. Next year I started calling them, it was very difficult to get in touch and very frustrating to the point that I didn't want to skydive anymore. That experience has to be always enjoyable and I just didn't feel even safe anymore to do it with them. At some point by the end of summer 2015 I managed to get in touch with someone over the phone and asked to get a refund because I didn't want to use their services anymore. They said ok, they'll get in touch with me and settle the situation. I've been waiting patiently for a long time and still nothing from them. It was very unpleasant to be in a situation to beg some business to be refunded for a very bad experience so I was forgetting about it for a few months at a time and then trying to fix it again. So another year passed...I called and emailed again...zero feedback. Now is January 2018, it's been almost 4 years and I still haven't received any information from them about money. So I basically paid them $400 for nothing. They seem to be very comfortable keeping customer's money that never enjoyed their service. I hope they see this and have some courtesy to contact me and keep their promises.

My first time doing this and I'll never forget it! My only issue was the guy I jumped with. While he was experienced and knew what he was doing, he was very unprofessional and even made fun of a woman who was afraid..I'm sure it put a damper on her day

Ok - so after watching a bunch of chefs jump out of plane on Top Chef Masters, I thought, what the hell, I can do that. So for my 55th birthday I treated my husband and 3 20-something kids to this experience. That was last week and we're STILL talking about it. I can't say enough about the crew - they were funny - trying to keep people from stressing out - but super professional - I felt safe and under their control I really wasn't afraid. (ok maybe stepping out of the plane was super scary) The freefall and the floating after the shoot opened was incredible. I highly recommend buying the pictures. They offer 300+ pictures, taken every few seconds - totally worth the $89. I have a new Wallpaper for my computer that shows the coast line of Cape Cod from 3? or 4? thousand feet ? SUPER cool. I highly recommend it, and especially if you want to have something to talk to your kids about for years! Can't wait to go back and do it again next year. Jimmy, Alex, Gustav, all incredible staff that baby stepped us through the whole thing. Just DO IT !

I took my daughter May 31st to take her first jump for her 18th birthday, What an unforgettable experience! The entire crew was knowledgeable, fun, and courteous. They made you feel both safe , and like one of the family. We loved it so much on Saturday we went back for a second jump on Sunday. I highly recommend this. My daughter and I are connected on a whole new level. She even told me I am a cool Dad . Priceless
