This was our third visit in less than two years. We did the valley jump for the second time and had a blast! Love this tour because I am afraid of heights and although you fly high through the air, it has mostly ground take offs and landings. The canopy tour is great too but you spend most of the... More

We went with a group of 8, adults, teens, and kids, and all had a ball, very fun and exciting! It was a cold drizzle almost all day but the rush kept us warm. The staff worked hard to make sure our group could stick together, the guides were funny and patient, and the views through the mist and mountains... More

this is the longest and one of the most fun mountain coasters in the northeast. This mountain coaster was of sufficient length to prevent one from having buyer's remorse for the cost of the attraction. The coaster was thrilling and downright fast without any unsafe feeling of being thrown off of your cart. Was great fun and definitely recommend to... More

My grandson, grandniece, and I spent 3 hours at Berkshire East doing the Valley Jump Tour. Well worth it! Our group was terrific, the guides excellent, and the experience memorable. There are 6 lines, and the group hikes from the end of 1 line to the start of the next. Hiking ranges from a simple walk to a moderately challenging... More

A terrific staff and a well-designed course contribute to an overall exceptional experience that you can't otherwise get outside of Costa Rica. Great for kids too (assuming they are heavy enough to get across the lines: 70 lbs. or 100 lbs. depending on the course).

If you've ever zip-lined before (for instance at a high ropes course like Adirondack Extreme), you might find this experience rather frustrating. Yes, it is VERY safe, and that's because the guides have to attach you and detach you from the line EVERY SINGLE TIME. You are permitted to do NOTHING yourself. So a good part of the time during... A group a 5 30 something's went for something different to do and it was great. You take the chair lift up to the top and take a total of 6 zip lines down. The first 3 are relatively short but you go a decent speed and height. The last 2, X1 and x2 are about 2000-2300 feet long and... More

On Saturday June 20 our family had the pleasure of experiencing zip lining at Berkshire East. And what a great experience it was. The guides were excellent and really worked hard to ensure we all had a pleasant experience. They convinced us to ride the roller coaster after our zip was complete. Boy are we glad they did because as... More

From the moment we arrived we were treated so very well. I felt safe and secure with all the instructions and equipment. Michelle and Eddie were great. We had a blast and want to go again.

We gave my son and his girlfriend their first zip lining experience for Christmas and completed it Sat. June 13th. Our guides Dylan and Lizzy were friendly and helpful. The views from the chair lift and the lines were beautiful! The last 2 of the 6 lines were really high, really long, and really fast! Exhilarating!!! We also rode the... More
