beautiful but too crowded

This is a smallish beach that is always full of people. It is in the bay, so perfect for young kids.

Bought a clamming permit for $20. Went here on Sunday at low tide. Used the shellfish warden's clamming equipment for a donation. We had our basket full in no time. Great time!

Small Resident/Public area with signs in both directions saying Private Beach. Unfrriendl. Walk for miles at low tide. Check the tide charts if you want to swim.

Would not recommend. Difficult parking and fills up quickly. Small beach that is surrounded by obnoxious private beach homeowners.
