Cape Rep Theatre always does a fantastic job with every play they produce and they have outdone themselves with Mama Mia. This is a high energy show with great cast that sings, dances and acts like a Broadway Troupe. In addition the music is live...More

We've seen two shows at Cape Rep theater over the past two years and will be back for a third this summer. Depending on the show, you really can find something for everyone. We have attended with our parents, bought gift certificates for an aunt/uncle,...More

The theatre is small and intimate and so you feel you're involved in the play yourself. The performance we saw was Merrily they go along. This was very well acted/sung, it turned out not to be our sort of play though. It was a harrowing...More

We’ve seen three shows at Cape Rep. All were excellent. Highly recommend. Hope to go more often in the future.

The entrance directly off Route 6A quickly turns into a narrow dirt road in dense foliage, but don't give up. A clearing provides parking and a short walk to the theater. The venue is small, but every one of the 100+ seats has a perfect...More

This is a repertory theater based in a former barn that has been converted into a decent, though very basic, performance space. We saw a new musical, "A New Brain", which I assume was in trials before moving on to Boston or elsewhere. It had...More

Had the opportunity to see their production of "Billy Elliot," with a few "old" friends in the cast. The production was very entertaining, and skillfully executed given the small performance space. The staff was proactively friendly and helpful and the venue itself is delightful.

It is difficult to find a better way to entertain oneself on Cape Cod. The beach may stimulate your skin, boating will bruise your bum, and fried clams will satisfy only until your cholesterol is checked. Cape Rep will exercise all your emotions: you will...More

They are regular seats, with a backing, and the bottom and back are padded. The plays we’ve been to have been 2 acts with an intermission to stretch your legs.
