Many micro brews have OK, novelty beers. Widowmaker has great beers. Open seating arrangement. Have to order from several delivery menus, but there are several available and quite good. Highly recommended

We happened to be in Braintree unexpectedly so we decided to stop in. The beers were very solid - better than I expected. Their stouts were better than the IPAs. We had a flight to start and then full pours. They also have a half pour option on most beers so that is always appreciated. The servers were very friendly and came around frequently to clear glasses They are dog friendly on specific days and we happened to be there on a Sunday when they allow dogs so that was nice. I also thought the layout of the pour line was a little weird. It is roped off but has no exit so if someone gets in line behind you, you have to ask them to move out of the way after you are served. They were also sold out of about 50% of the beers on the menu. Overall we would absolutely return if we find ourselves in Braintree again but probably wouldn't make the hour long drive just to visit.…

We had four different pours, but the peanut butter stout was by far the best. Rich and malty, it made my tastebuds dance. The two DIPAs we had were great also. It was a bit noisy, but we adapted and played a bunch of good hands of gin rummy with the playing cards put out by the biz. There are lots of other games left out for the patrons, and they had dart boards up for people to use. They have some good-sized TV screens up to watch sports. Staff was friendly. We will definitely go back to this brewery, located on Wood Road in Braintree. …
