This was fun but there were a few things my favorite theater the Cabot needs to work on. The event was well attended, parking was very difficult to find. There was a huge line to get in. There must be a better way to help people get to their seats. If you are older or have long legs do not sit in the balcony. There is not enough leg room and you will need to climb the stairs. I have seen James Montgomery many times but this was the first time at the Cabot. The acoustics for this concert were terrible. This was very unfortunate as the music was great but not enjoyable as the speakers and volume were so loud it ruined the experience. Please figure this out Cabot. You are my favorite little theater.

We have gone to the Cabot for many concerts over the past few years. Over the past few years they have been restoring the theatre and replaced all the seating with nice comfortable seats with drink holders. The prices for most concerts are very reasonable. They also have been showing various first run movies on a limited basis on nights there are not live performances. Again priced the same or less than the major movie chains without the crowd. They also have a number of children's shows and attractions on Saturdays. It is truly a gem and special place.

We went here to see Air Supply a couple months ago. We had amazing seats.
We saw Alan Parsons last week and that was just as wonderful. On Saturday night we saw 50 Years Ago, with Mickey Dolenz, Christopher Cross, Todd Rungren, and 2 other artists. One from the group Chicago, and one from Badfinger. Again, our seats were wonderful. This is a great Venue!!!

We attended for the Dionne Warwick concert over the weekend. I found the Cabot to be well decorated, staff was friendly and the theater beautiful. The seats were honestly a little crowded especially for anyone over 6'.

Went to the Cabot the other night for a concert. I'd never been, so I didn't know what to expect. Really enjoyed it. Very low key and easy going place, with helpful staff. Historic with nice architectural details. Has a real lived in vibe which is great. Parking is easy, there's a lot around the corner and plenty of on-street. Good restaurants too.

Really disappointed in this venue. Management is inconsistent and unresponsive. They host great musicians from time to time but when you go, expecting to dance and have fun - you may or may not be allowed to dance. I went to see Kashmir (Led Zep) and we were told to remain seated throughout the show, no dancing allowed! (at a rock concert????????). The band kept waving their hands upward to motion for people to stand and dance, but the Cabot said no dancing. I felt bad for the band. A previous show I had attended allowed dancing and all kinds of fun (M. Seals). Yet a third show (Hot Tuna) was the worst, I went to we were shushed in the hallway when one of my friends, whom I unexpectedly ran into, gave me a warm hello when they saw me. I was at the bar ordering drinks when we were "shushed", mind you we are 50 year olds, we aren't loud, obnoxious kids. Sometimes you can dance, other times remain seated and no talking - even though these are music rock concerts, not movies. Your inconsistency, rude staff and terrible policies make this unworthy of a $30-50 ticket. No dancing? What kind of place is this? Who disallows dancing? Ridiculous. Save your money and find a fun venue, this is stuffy and boring.

Family went to Cabot to see a comedy show and the theater...Was not disappointed... After entering the usual theater box office and lobby we stepped into the main theater and back into time... The decor, ceiling, balcony, stage were as you see in old movies... Seats were comfortable and the wheelchair spots at the side were easy to access with a good view of the stage... Good show, good theater, good experience...
