I think boundless adventures does a great job of providing a safe and challenging ropes course. As with most similar attractions, it is a bit pricey. The equipment is great, and once you get used to it is much faster than other systems. Overall a fun day and the staff was excellent!

We went today two girls age 7 and one Nanna!
I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for something fun & challenging to do with family & friends. We also had two family members tag along as watchers who could not participate . One was 90 yrs young. She loved watching everyone. No additional charges for them !
Picnic tables were available right on site. We took advantage of that also. Another plus!
The staff is a shout away if any help is needed. We did call twice. Nothing but support & Encouragement from them.
Well organized & lots of challenges if that’s what your looking for. If not, you can take the easier routes. The fees were charged were spot on. We will be back and spread the word this is the place for fun!

I had the pleasure of taking a client here for summer camp...a teenager with mild developmental concerns, he and I were both anxious about the adventure. But the calm and knowledgeable staff and fun atmosphere put us at ease! We quickly learned all we needed to know re: safety, procedure, etc. and were set out on the course. The two camp "counselors" (staff Julia and Kevin) were encouraging, supportive, and understanding. We had a great time that week, expanding both of our comfort zones and exploring the beautiful, scenic, and well-built structures.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We love helping children with developmental issues to improve their confidence by conquering their fears.

I was at the course this afternoon. A young male staff member (named Liam) shouted at the ground and forced users to go without precaution. He forced other non-masked (non-vaccinated) users to go on to the same platforms with me. I confirmed with the child that he was not fully vaccinated. I told the child that I don't feel comfortable to be on the same platform with him since he is not fully vaccinated and without a mask. I requested the child to slow down till the group in front of me left their platform. Liam shouted at me to get on the element. I don't feel comfortable waiting at the element. Liam also shouted that I don't know if the kid was vaccinated or not vaccinated. Liam shouted that I should not talk to the child and the child should not talk to me. Liam is so inconsiderate. Truly, this staff needs better training. So RUDE and no people skill.
Was I being targeted because I am alone, and not a Caucasian? And Liam is a Caucasian so he can be rude?
If the course is overcrowded. Please control the traffic at the starting points. Please respect the players when we want to practice distancing. There are signs everywhere at Boundless Adventures requesting players to practice distancing. This should be a place for players to enjoy the woods and the natures. This became a stressful experience. Very disappointed.

Liam has been working for us for 4 years, and this is the first complaint that we are receiving. He certainly wasn't targeting you based on your race, and my understanding of the situation is very different than what you depict. There were children that were getting impatient because you refused to go onto an element that had been completely vacated until the person in front of you was 2 elements ahead. This resulted in a backup 3 elements long. Liam specifically told the kids that they cannot go on the platform with you. The situation escalated though when you chose to yell as the young kids that they should wear a mask and to get away from you, while the kids were all more than 20 feet away from you and outside. He than calmly explained to you that you needed to continue on the course due to the long backup. We understand that everyone has different sensitivity levels to the risk of contracting COVID. We are an outdoor activity, and require masks when distancing is not possible, mainly on the ground. Our protocols were adhered to, and if you desired something more stringent it probably wasn't the best outing for you. We are truly sorry for your distress.

It's a self-serving adventure park with a mix of obstacles and ziplines with varying difficulty levels. It's not a scenic area but there are courses with a lot of shade and you're in the forest. And other courses where you're not covered by trees and it's open. When I say "self-serving", it's completely different from another adventure park I went to and there are staff members helping each person move safely at every junction. At Boundless, you are on your own and it's self-paced. If you get stuck, there is a staff member on the ground you can shout to for help.
Did 1 yellow, 1 green, and 1 blue course. It lasted 2 hours, which was the ticket I purchased. If you're scared of heights, I suggest starting with a yellow course and work your way through the levels for a better challenge if you want. Gloves are required and they sell them for about $6 or you can bring your own.
Only 1 hour from Boston. If you have a stamina for adventure, I highly recommend this place! The staff are friendly and responsive. My phone dropped without me knowing and the staff alerted me.
2 cons: They don't sell any real food & they don't have actual bathrooms. Just portable toilets. They should partner with some food trucks.

We had an awesome time on the high ropes course. Every single staff member was so incredibly friendly. They took interest in how we were doing, feeling, and which courses we had completed. They also were great about getting guests water as needed on such a hot day. We didn’t encounter any challenges ourselves, but the staff did an awesome job encouraging scared climbers or making rescues as needed. They were quick, swift, and remained calm to help. The course itself was awesome, with los of options of varying levels. Some were in the direct sun which was really hot on our particular day, however plenty are in the trees and under shade too. As for COVID protocols, all staff wore masks and gloves, and kept a 6 foot distance unless assisting a guest. Most guests wore masks too, but if you weren’t around anyone in the trees, you were safe to take it off since it was really hot. But most of the guests either kept their distance from you or they kept a mask on. Everyone in general was really good about respecting social distancing. We went for 3 hours and felt it was a perfect amount of time. At the 2 hour mark, we thought it must almost be time to go, but were pumped to realize we still had an hour left. I assume guest numbers are being kept low, so we were able to cruise through courses and wait only a few minutes, if any, to start a new one. So for us, 2 hours would have worked, but if it were busier I definitely recommend 3.

The place is huge, the staff are truly terrific, and there is a restaurant that delivers to the site, with the staff bringing you the pizza (food) to your picnic table. I mean - what could be better?
Also, while one part of the place is visible when you drive up, visible and in the sun, there is a huge, much bigger, hidden area that goes into the woods...with picnic tables set-up under the trees. It almost made me want to host an event there.....

My daughter and her friend had a great time during our visit this month, went on multiple courses, did not find very busy so the lines were not too long, and found the courses both difficult and fun at the same time. I add, we were welcomed immediately at check in, found the instruction team very professional, and found it easy to return to the car if needed as that was close to the check in point. While I had some snacks with us, they do have a shop with some other snacks. In the end, we had a great delivery experience and some nice pizza (and coffee!) from nearby Village Cafe and Pizza, find menus available at check in.

It was my 10 year old daughter's first time doing anything like this and I was very impressed at the safety measures that are in place here. Practice for as long as you want before ever leaving the ground. Parents can listen to the training as well even if they aren't climbing. I like how staff ensures that rules are being followed and are constantly around to help out if needed. I was so impressed at the things that my daughter accomplished during her visit! I'm taking my Girl Scout troop back in a few weeks!
