Besides making very good wines, Red Heifer offers music venues all summer long which sets them apart from other wineries in the region. We happened to go the evening that a Jimi Hendrix tribute band was playing. The event coordinators encouraged everyone to dress 'hippie-ish'....and...More

Red Heifer has a wonderful atmosphere. The wine is delicious, the owners make you feel like family. The music acts are very good. Did a sip and paint recently and had a lot of fun. If you haven't been it is a must.

I'm usually a red wine drinker, but Red Heifer's white wines are great too!! Their blueberry is one of the best I've ever had; not too sweet! This wi wet is nestled in a beautiful country setting. Try it!!!

Lovely spot and felt like I was in italy on a hillside in the garden sipping wine. Great wine and affordable prices. Ambience on terrace overlooking the vineyard is beautiful. Ideal afternoon daytrip for tasting, shopping, and enjoying the Winery.

We love to stop along our travels at local wineries in the MD region. Recently, not many have seemed to offer a "wow factor" to their wine, story or property until now - The unusual name, Red Heifer, should of been our first clue they...More

We stopped at Red Heifer recently and did a tasting. They do really nice off dry wines and the owners were such nice people. I liked all their wines and highly recommend visiting them.
