Fun for the whole family!
Jun 2020
My 8 year old son and I went for the second time last weekend, and he was on Cloud 9! We had a great time - brought a picnic and stayed for hours. This is so much fun, as well as great exercise and time outside! Plus, the Park owners did a truly remarkable job of adapting to operations in the time of Coronavirus, adding new policies, guidelines, and a handy safety video, and even handing out mini hand sanitizer bottles upon our arrival. We felt safe the entire time. The employees are also very helpful and kind, and gave great advice on which courses would be just right for my adventurous but young son.

After prepping for 3 months to reopen during these times, we're so glad to hear that the work paid off. I'm glad that you and your son had such a great time! Thank you for the review!

Safe for guests and staff during COVID-19
Jun 2020
We visited the Adventure Park on their first opening weekend since COVID-19 began. It was an EXCELLENT experience. The park has put in place very well-thought-out safety precautions to keep guests and staff safe. When you make your reservation online, there will be a 5 min video for you to watch that explains the new COVID-related procedures. It's a well-done video and is very helpful. We had a great visit to the park, we had a ton of fun, we felt safe despite the pandemic, and we valued the fact that the owner was clearly also prioritizing the safety of his staff and not just income and profits. Hats off to the Adventure Park for doing it right!

Impressed with physical distancing in place, and as fun as ever!
Jun 2020
We were back at the Adventure Park during its pandemic-postponed opening weekend. Impressed with how check-in, safety orientation, getting onto the course, and assists were managed with masks and physical distancing. Will definitely recommend to others as a way to have outdoor fun and a physical challenge safely during the reopening phase of the pandemic.

So much fun
May 2019 • Friends
I’ve been twice so far and have so much fun every time I go! It’s challenging, fun, safe, and helps me push myself even when I’m scared (especially when you jump off the high platforms). I can’t wait to go again this summer!

Safe, fun, and multiple levels to try
Oct 2019
Get some exercise up in the trees! The park is well-staffed, very friendly and knowledgeable, and they help you with the harnesses and the procedures. There are different levels - I did as high as black diamond, which was definitely noticeably more challenging - higher up in the trees and more difficult. There are lots of different elements for traveling between the trees and zip lines. Fun and also a work out, in a beautiful setting. It's super fun and something different. So nice to have this available.

It is scarier at night time!
Dec 2019
I am an adult woman. I have been here twice now. Once I came as a teacher with 50 middle schoolers. I loved seeing them work together and challenge themselves. We encouraged the students to only do what they were comfortable with, to encourage each other and know that the only competition happening was in their own heads.
I bought a 10 pass for myself after the school trip because I loved it so so much!
I went with my son who is 10. We went on one of the last days of the season in 2019. It was great for us while the sun was up, it was cold but still really fun and challenging. We wanted to do harder courses as we went along, but the sun went down. It messes with your head a little bit to be in the dark, cold, hights of trees. What would've been appropriately challenging in the daytime became super scary in the dark of night. The christmas lights are cute and give light, but it doesn't convince your animal brain that what you are doing is sane and safe.
So, I recommend this park, it is incredibly awesome!
If you are up for a bigger challenge, go at night.
If you are there at night, then probably go down a level of difficulty because the darkness increases the difficulty otherwise.
I love this place and want to live here and climb in the trees all of the ime!

Best adventure park I’ve been to!
Nov 2019 • Couples
The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring is a lot of fun! The staff were so great at making sure we were prepared and felt comfortable before climbing. They walk around as you’re climbing in case you need any assistance. They have a lot of course options for all difficulty levels and the park itself is in a really pretty forest. This was a really fun day date for us and it would be fun for families too!

The place is so welcoming. All equipment is very well taken care of and clean. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush definitely the right place. For the time being in MD this will definitely be my favorite place.

Church Youth Group LOVED OUR ADVENTURE!

From age 7 to 77, we all loved our time at the Adventure Park. Everyone was able to enjoy themselves at their comfort level - from Purple to Black Diamond and all in between. We'll be back!

Best night ever
Nov 2019 • Couples
Husband and I went to an adults only night. It was incredible-we are both mostly comfortable with heights (it’s exhilarating) and there is nothing like being let loose on your own to discover zip lines, obstacles and so many challenging paths through the trees. The safety equipment is foolproof and the staff are readily available to talk you through anything that gets you stuck, all you gotta do is ask. I can’t wait for another adults only play date in the trees.
