While the content and information during the tour was very interesting, the tour and guide were a bit disappointing. Our guide walked behind us most of the time. There were only 3 of us on the tour, walking at night in a town where we didn't know where the next stop was gong to be. Having your tour guide walk behind the group and just saying "We're going to stop at the old gate house ahead" where everything looks the same and we have no idea what house is being referred to or where we are supposed to be turning was very frustrating. Also, while stopping in front of a private residence that was "a historical stop on the tour", a man came out very angry and was yelling at the group. He was very angry that there were people standing outside his house pointing, staring, and taking pictures. Now, mind you, this is not the nicest part of town, especially at night. It was very clear that this man had no idea that his residence was part of any type of walking tour or historical tour. This could have turned into a very dangerous situation. I think if you are going to include private residences that are currently lived in, you ABSOLUTELY should be making the tenants aware that groups will be stopping at their property and taking pictures, etc. …

Dee Dee gave a fantastic tour of St MICHAELS for our group of 7. Her storytelling was fabulous and the stories and lore themselves were fascinating, fun and a little scary! It was great! Great job Dee Dee!

My husband and I went on Berlin Ghost tour. We had Mary Raley as our guide. Holy cow was she good!!! The knowledge, history, and stories were amazing. What we loved most about Mary was at the end, she stood with us, let us ask questions, and told us more ghost stories. I have been wanting to do the ghost tours for years and it did not disappoint. We cannot wait to go on another. Thank you Mary for an amazing experience!!!…

My best friend and I were visiting MD on a girls’ trip from Buffalo, NY. Our Airbnb host recommended this ghost tour as something fun to do in the surrounding area. We decided to book the Princess Anne ghost tour, and our tour guide was Mindie, the owner of the company. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share detailed stories about the history of each site, including names and dates. Although we did not catch any paranormal activity on camera or see anything in person, we enjoyed the tour and did feel a certain spooky “energy” in front of the old jail. After our trip, I decided to order one of Mindie’s books that corresponds to that tour area and have enjoyed reading through some of it so far. If I am ever visiting Maryland again, I would be interested to try out one of the other tours!…
