even if you are not looking to buy the art work it is still worth a stop in just to see this beautiful work! its not very large but the artist offers a nice variety of paintings

Beautiful pieces, very expensive but we went in to browse and it is worth a visit. The artist I believe owns this gallery and all of his works are very impressive

Just passing by and noticed a very nice painting in the window. Was quite impressed with the variety of very good original art inside and all done by the same artist. Learned that like myself he was a Yale graduate when talking to the artist's wife. Asked if he accepted commissions and the answer was yes. The price quoted was very reasonable so I will be sending them some information next week. Very pleased we discovered this artist and look forward to receiving my original painting.

Picked up a great abstract water color painting of Bruce Lee. Paintings were reasonable price for originals.

Lovely couple, great artist, not only friendly but also passionate about what he's doing !
I went there this afternoon, even tho I didn't buy anything, they were still very welcoming. We exchanged our own stories and he even gave me a small piece of his work as a gift !

This is a fun little Shop with quite a range of art from very good to very amateur. The prices reflect the range and I must say that the entire effect is very colorful. Pleasant Staff

Thank you for visiting our gallery! I wanted to clarify for you that the works you may have seen as amateur are from a different artist than Ryan Hopkins. These works are not permenant...but yes, colorful:) Come back and see:)

My wife and I came to St. Michaels for a mini moon right after getting married. We were in town no more than 1 hr when we were walking along Talbots's street and ventured into Hopkins Art. We started talking to the artists wife who was as friendly as friendly can be. Upon hearing we just got married she busted out a bottle of champagne and we shared the bottle and spent some time just talking and laughing.
After many laughs my wife and I bought two pieces of art to decorate our home office and Ryan and his wife could not have been sweeter, friendlier or more helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in and checking this place out. As not only are the owners great, the art is beautiful, if we weren't newly weds living in a small row home we would have gotten more

I am searching for a large original painting at least 4 ft x 6 ft. abstract with a Nautical theme. Does the Artist do large pieces this size and will you take commission work? IF SO, CAN YOU SHIP ARTWORK THIS SIZE OUT OF MARYLAND?

Hello! Yes! Some of Ryans newest works include sailboats of 3 different sizes and colors. They range from 11 x 14, 36 x 48 and 48 x60. Please check these paintings out on Instagram and Facebook. I can also send you pictures directly and we do ship anywhere in the world. Thank you!
