This was a highlight of our recent visit to St. Michaels MD. We boarded the H. M. Krentz, a working skipjack since 1955, for the 4:30 pm cruise, returning to shore 2 hours later as the sun was setting. Captain Ed is so knowledgeable about...More

Very informative, Weather was perfect and sunny and at one point we were able to use the jib in addition to the mainsail.

Educationally fun and relaxing. Nothing like the sound of the wind in the sail as you cut through the waters of the Chesapeake. Capt Ed was a great host and guide.

Gorgeous weather, scenery and sunset on a hot summer day. Add superb conversation with Captain Ed on everything related to oystering in on the Chesapeake Bay and you’ve got yourself a memorable occasion. Definitely treat yourself to a skipjack sail!
