This was a fairly quick and enjoyable cruise. It lasts only about an hour and goes out into the river out of the St Michaels harbor at the museum dock. It is pleasant and has an historic narrative during the cruise. Kids are welcome and they do allow them to visit the pilot house, which the kids all seemed to... More

I love the water, so I expected to be pleased ... and I was not disappointed. The cruise is not very long (suitable for families with small-ish children) and thoroughly pleasant. The views are great, the houses lovely and the narration and commentary both informative and entertaining. Highly recommend.

My family and I spent time on the boat just last week over July 4th weekend. The Captain and everyone on the boat were very welcoming, including the woman who was selling the tickets. My boys got a chance to go and drive the boat and of course were delighted. I like that it's narrated because you get a good... More

My wife and I have coming to St. Michaels for 30 years. We started when our children were very young. They are all grown and on their own now. We have visited almost all the attractions at St. Michaels, but never did get around to the Patriot. So on our 30th year visiting, we decided to take the excursion trip.... More

Took the evening cocktail cruise. Plenty of lovely sights and good camaraderie on the boat. Crew made the experience enjoyable - highly recommended as a pre-dinner outing.

Cost for the cruise is $24.50, they have several boarding times. Rather typical tour, options to sit outside or inside with beverages available for purchase. Tour guide points out the highlights of the area. The tour guide was very nice to bring each of the children on board to steer the boat. The only thing I don't like (and this... More

Enjoyed the 75-minute tour. Staff was friendly, boat clean, and narration informative. Relaxing way to see the area by water. A do again!

My family and I enjoyed a Father's Day trip to St. Michael's and decided to try a Patriot Cruise. We enjoyed every minute of our experience! It was great to hear about the history of the area surrounding the Miles River. Captain John was awesome--he invited children to take a turn "steering the ship"; the invitation was also open to...
