After reading some reviews of Tilghman Island, I was excited to visit. Thought we would be able to bike ride on the island and have a bite to eat. When we drove over to the island however, we literally rode from the beginning to end...More

It's worth the drive down to Tilghman Island to get a feel for what the "old time" Bay area must have been like. Some of the folks who gave it bad reviews just need to stay at Disney World. We didn't stop but the harbor...More

Nothing to do! It by the water. Looked like two restaurants. Very quiet. I don't have any more words.

What a great place to visit and spend time enjoying Chesapeake Bay, quaint shops, a country store, restaurants and the Chesapeake Bayman's heritage.

We made the trek to the end of the peninsula and were sadly disappointed at the scarcity of anything resembling a tourist attraction. It's a rural, unassuming locale that failed to present itself as a must see.

Captain Wade was as informative as he was entertaining. What a pleasurable Father's Day we had on this National Landmark vessel- the oldest still functioning skipjack. Everyone who visits Talbot County needs to be told of this rare treat.

It's worth the drive to the end of Tilghman Island on a nice day. It's a peaceful small village with a couple of restaurants and a few shops. Don't expect a tourist mecca like St. Michaels.
