Magdalen’s was so nice. This was first experience with wax and Magdalen helped put my mind at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. There was no elevator music or sounds of rain. This was a fun relaxing experience and I definitely appreciated that because I believe it would have made me more unnerved or anxious if it was just like every other stereotypical spa. Having it’s own personality and the lively charismatic and welcoming nature of Magdalen might have turned me into a new found wax fan.

Getting waxed can be a little embarrassing but with Magdalen I was so comfortable, relaxed & enjoy her personality. I've recommended her to many of my friends. And I'll be back there in 5 weeks:)

And comfortable you should be Nicole Brazilian waxing waxing should something to look forward to not something to worry about see you in 5 weeks.

Magdalen is hands down the best aesthetician I have been to for body waxing. She is a brilliant business woman with a smile, laugh, and sense of humor that makes you feel like she is your favorite no-nonsense auntie. I am such a fan of her services, I am trying to get all the women in my friends and family circles to give her a try. Those that have, have been pleased with their results. She also works well with tweens and teens.

The woman who did waxing knew her job well, but was unprofessional during communication.. She kept telling me about some of her customers, who are weird, bad, too old, etc. For example, she sarcastically described the 80 year old lady, who could barely walk, but still came to her for waxing...
Which was not nice of her at all; it made me wonder what would she be saying about me to her other customers..

I went to the salon on a Sunday that I thought my appt. was for. Salon was closed. I called Magdalen and she informed me that appt. wasn't until the following Sunday. She was kind enough to come, open the salon to do my treatment. Now that is customer service at it's best!!!

Out of all of my waxing experiences, I have to say that this was the best! I even went back for a second Brazilian wax. Thanks Magdalen for the relaxing and warm atmosphere which makes my experience even more greater!

I was going on a vacation a and wanted to try waxing...but if course I was scared and had heard HORROR stories about the pain. Ms. Magdalen made me feel so comfortable before I knew it my wax was over and I was on my way. She was so professional and gentle I recommended my sister to visit and now she loves it also!

How long does the hair have to be for Magdalen's Brazilian treatment?

Hi Jessica for you to get waxed at my spa I like to have my clients really grow out their hair for a Brazilian wax the longer the better think (chia pet , or little Amazon jungle LOL) reason for this it is easier to get all the hair out this way this is for first time clients after that it is every 4, 5 or 6 weeks for maintenance, unfortunately I don't believe in hair length by inches ,since no one can measure with a ruler like i have seen mentions of 1/4 inch etc I hope I have answered your question and looking forward to serving you.
