Even saw deer along the trail. There are several places where you have to cross streets so be careful. Also no bathrooms along the trail, we... More

We really enjoyed our afternoon and what a pleasant surprise with Gorgeous views and lots to do. Very peaceful atmosphere and lots of things like fishing and zip-lining and renting boats. Kids loved it and so did I

Been to this lake before. Today we were greeted by a bunch of brawling renaissance men and women that definitely added to the scenery.

Great place to hike, walk or bird watch. When spring arrives good fishery for bass, crappie, bream and catfish. Fun for picnics and great play ground for children. Also, boat and canoe rentals.

This is a lovely park, with a lake and paddleboats, places to picnic, hiking. There is a larger boat that takes people for a brief tour of the lake. The scenery is great, maybe especially in autumn, although the boats are gone at the end of the summer.

We go to lake Needwood a lot, you can hike and bike from here, lots of easy hikes - 7+ miles natural surface trails, or you rent kayaks, rowboats etc.. There is also a ropes course and archery range. Rock Creek Hiker /Biker Trail which is paved starts here and you can ride all the way to the District or... More
