I really enjoyed the light display and animals. The free hot chocolate and cookies were a nice bonus for the holiday. The staff were extremely friendly, and my children enjoyed petting the sheep, ponies, etc. It is a small zoo, but that’s part of the...More

This zoo has a lot of animals that are taken care of very nicely. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals there. It can be a little pricey, but the money helps them keep the zoo running. They also...More

Great zoo! Mostly rescue animals. New owners are pouring heart and soul into animals and building new enclosures! Each time we go I notice something new! Have spoken with owners about how pleased we are, as they are often in site.

quaint, small zoo. Great for children under 8 years old (especially toddlers). Unfortunately, there's no eatery. However, there's a picnic area and a small souvenir shop.

I really enjoyed this zoo. It is reasonably priced and easy to get around. There is no direct way to get there from York, PA, but it was a pretty drive through the country. There are many places to feed the animals and get close.

Such a small and manageable zoo for a little one. Loved that we could feed so many animals, including giraffes. I'd love to come back in October for some adult events they hold.

We’ve lived near by for a few years, but waited for little ones to visit before making this trip. Silly us! What a gem of a zoo - clean, easy to navigate and the kids get to feed “anything that’s brown”! We’ll be back. Just...More

I would think the wagon would be more appropriate and easier than a tricycle. I haven't seen any type of bike the times I've been.
