Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage at ER Massage in Prince Frederick Maryland.
This was my worst massage ever. This 90 minute deep tissue massage from Patrick to be focused on shoulder soreness which was nothing more than a touchey feeley 90 minute session with no good results and all Patrick could say was maybe this is a starting point. I paid $155 for this guy to just touch me for 90 minutes. Never again will I go to or recommend ER Massage in Prince Frederick Maryland

I use Greg. He's a beast. He is the only one in the area that does sport stretching.
