This pier is long and big. I was surprise that there was not more people heading to walk it. It was deserted when I get here. I am not even sure if it is open 24/7 .... maybe not. Check before you go there.

beautiful view the bait shop attendant wasnt friendly at all but people were catching fish its a great place to visit to see the assateague horses too

Dolphins were all over. The fishing was rough due to storm but still a nice place. Parking is $3 an hour.

Don’t cheap out on the $0.50 entrance fee. It’s Worth a stroll to the end of the pier to watch the fisherman try and reel one in. The views are also pretty neat especially in the evening!

you may bring your own or rent them there, not sure of cost, always brought my own. possibly 7.50 for rod rental

There are hotel rooms and apartments for rent in the area. I don't know of a "whole house" for rent, but would guess that there are 3 bedroom apartments nearby.
